Unfortunately, I didn't catch the woman's name, but it felt like it may have been her first day. She mentioned more than once that she had no experience driving that type of van and even said something about the brakes not being in great condition. At one point, she almost hit another car on the highway and was driving way too fast through the hills. My parents drove 45 minutes to meet in Temecula for the tour only to have nobody show up, and nobody answer the phones to find out what was going on. Funnily enough, groupon was able to contact them immediately to "confirm they are scheduling tours" while we have yet to receive a response. This business is either a scam or horribly unorganized and unprofessional- either way I would recommend never doing business with them.
