It took a while for someone to come get our initial drink orders. We didn't stress it. We placed our orders which took the group a minute to decide on their orders. It seems everyone's orders were good. I ordered the black bean burger that should've come with sweet potato fries but it came with normal fries. It was fine and had no complaints. The regular fries were tasty. But the black bean burger wasn't hot, it was just room temp, and quite disappointing. I didn't complain since I was with a group. I ate only a portion of it and most of the fries.

Someone was sweeping the floors every five minutes. The bathrooms, 100% clean and attended to. My personal favorite detail: no weird foot smell... no sticky games and tables. Every single game worked like a charm and there are plenty of games for older kids, too. The adventure zone was basically gleaming clean as you can see from my photos. Grip socks are provided in the $15 play fee (it lasts your entire visit) which I appreciate because it limits people brining in their own (sometimes dirty) socks. Pizza?? A friend messaged me on my instagram "okay, the pizza is lowkey " and she's right!! so good! The girl working the front, Jocelyn, gave 10/10 customer service on a Sunday at 1:00PM. It offers additional Juno time for free. It saved me about 20 bucks! Of additional note, the website indicates that pricing is based on age. This is no longer the. Case. Pricing is now based on height. The park is located in the plaza with Big Lots and Good will. There is ample parking to accommodate everyone!! Walking in you must complete the waivers for each child on a computer to your right. When we arrived several of the computers were not functioning correctly. After the form is completed we went to the cashier to pay for entry and socks. If you plan on returning I would advise keeping the socks to save on that cost in the future. There are several things for kids to do at this park. Slides, bounce houses, trampolines, and even a zip line. The reason for the average rating? They had several areas of the park closed! I personally do not want to pay full price for a park that is not offering to provide a full service experience. For example, the zip line was closed. When I asked whiny it was closed I was told that staff did not want to work the area! REALLY???? Now to be fair when I asked about it they did open it up long enough for my crew to enjoy it! The other concern is that I am not certain that they take cleanliness all that serous at this park.
