It took a while for someone to come get our initial drink orders. We didn't stress it. We placed our orders which took the group a minute to decide on their orders. It seems everyone's orders were good. I ordered the black bean burger that should've come with sweet potato fries but it came with normal fries. It was fine and had no complaints. The regular fries were tasty. But the black bean burger wasn't hot, it was just room temp, and quite disappointing. I didn't complain since I was with a group. I ate only a portion of it and most of the fries.

It had been about a year since my last visit, and I was really looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately, this visit couldn't have been more different. The Loaded Mac came out with completely uncooked bacon -- still cold to the touch. The steak, ordered medium rare, somehow managed to be rare on one end and well done on the other -- not sure how that's even possible. To top it off, we sat for over 16 minutes after finishing our meal just waiting on the check, with no one checking back in. It's disappointing because this used to be one of those places you could count on for a solid meal and fun atmosphere. After tonight, though, it's hard to imagine coming back anytime soon. Such a shame to see the quality and service drop off this much.

After you've completed this quest, the humid, wet and dripping dungeons of the netherworld await you. Sadly, it's just not the RPO nirvana you sought. *I so, so badly want this place to be my new go-to for a night out. Even with the annoying trek to get to the other side. Because a barcade with decent bar food and a full bar is where I want to spend my money. I'm Game has so much potential. Regrettably the cabinets and games are poorly maintained. You can almost always expect at least three or four to be out of service. Not including the Skee-ball that's been down months. The operational one has a torn track and is missing balls. But I keep coming back. If only because they have Joust and a really great staff. Seriously, they're amazing and can keep up with the whole house on their own.

This is the big deal thing my six year old son was set on doing since seeing commercials for it. Come ON!!!! This place rocks! First off, full staff at this location. Someone was sweeping the floors every five minutes. The bathrooms, 100% clean and attended to. My personal favorite detail: no weird foot smell... no sticky games and tables. Every single game worked like a charm and there are plenty of games for older kids, too. The adventure zone was basically gleaming clean as you can see from my photos. Grip socks are provided in the $15 play fee (it lasts your entire visit) which I appreciate because it limits people brining in their own (sometimes dirty) socks. Pizza?? A friend messaged me on my instagram "okay, the pizza is lowkey " and she's right!! so good! The girl working the front, Jocelyn, gave 10/10 customer service on a Sunday at 1:00PM. I honestly believe most customer service is dead. She helped me pick the best deal for my little dude and helped me save money on visiting again for free the summer--now that I know how nice it is, we can cash in on that deal (Bronze package) on a super hot day! Thanks for making my kids day Chuck E. Cheese--- he also got to see the Big Cheese Man himself and scored a high-five-- complete package for his little dreams. And I kinda relived my 90s kids dream life again for a few hours, too. Check it out!

Go if you like spinal compression fractures:…read more Went here on Jan. 28, 2022 with a group of friends. I had a blast until one of them literally broke her back. Near the end of the night one of the members of my party accidentally bounced into an area of the park that was undergoing maintenance. It was a 7 foot concrete pit! Mind you she was jumping on a trampoline, so she didn't fall from ground level, she fell from several feet ABOVE ground level. To be fair, there was a small plastic chain over the entrance, but my friend easily cleared this when she was double bounced in that direction. We're estimating that she fell a distance of at least 12 vertical feet in total. As a result, she suffered spinal compression fracture that left her in a back brace for 8 weeks. When the injury occurred none of the teenage staff knew what to do, so thank goodness she had friends there who could take her to the emergency room. Not before a well-meaning employee offered my friend her hand and attempted to help her up, however. Word to the wise, if you've suffered a spinal compression fracture DO NOT MOVE, it'll make things worse. In hindsight we should have called 911 and waited for the professionals to put her on a stretcher, but neither we nor the staff knew that at the time. I wish I was making this up, but my friend is now half an inch shorter and very familiar with her local physical therapy center. In the interest of fairness, nobody wanted my friend to fall into a 7 foot concrete pit. It even had a little chain and sign. I would argue however, that at a trampoline park, it shouldn't be possible to do so. Laws of entropy kind of dictate that masses of bouncing people will eventually land in untended places. I shouldn't have to spell out the need for safety nets or protective barriers to the owners of a trampoline park... Aren't there building codes for this kind of thing? Thankfully the victim this time was a 21 year old with fully developed bones. I shudder to think of the consequences if a child had fallen that distance.
