After you've completed this quest, the humid, wet and dripping dungeons of the netherworld await you. Hopscotch across puddles of muck, avoiding the den of vape goblins and slash through a miasma if cigarette smoke. Your destination awaits you. Sadly, it's just not the RPO nirvana you sought. *I so, so badly want this place to be my new go-to for a night out. Even with the annoying trek to get to the other side. Because a barcade with decent bar food and a full bar is where I want to spend my money. I'm Game has so much potential. Regrettably the cabinets and games are poorly maintained. You can almost always expect at least three or four to be out of service. Not including the Skee-ball that's been down months. The operational one has a torn track and is missing balls. But I keep coming back. If only because they have Joust and a really great staff. Seriously, they're amazing and can keep up with the whole house on their own.

We looked up hours on several websites that said 6pm-3am and the doors on the business at 11am-3am. Went inside and was told we couldn't access the arcade until 7pm. I won't be returning.

As soon as we walked in he looked at us, and then was staring at something a far for about 2 minutes while we stood at the register. Midway through our bowling game, he asked us to move lanes ( we had pizza, drinks, and five peoples worth of stuff) for a group that had reservations. The group never even showed up! The girl at the pizza register had no idea what was on any of the pizzas, and the bartender, in the middle of our drink order, stops to check her schedule on her smart watch. I have NEVER been so disappointed and angry with customer service of an Adventures Place in my life. Yes, we still ordered pizza, beer, games, laser tag, and the rest of the works, and after spending about $150, I will not be back unless this issue is addressed.

Three drinks, a terrible pepperoni pizza and 6 fried cheese sticks that came with a sauce that tasted more like salsa than marinara sauce was $38. After we ate 1/2 the pizza we found a hair in it. Arcade has a lot of cool games but expect to pay $1 per game. Looks like they have specials on weekdays, so that would be better to hit. If you sign your kids up for free bowling you still have to pay $5 for shoe rental. Hixson has Holiday bowl which is older but we had just as much fun there on a weekend for a lot less money

This is the big deal thing my six year old son was set on doing since seeing commercials for it. Come ON!!!! This place rocks! First off, full staff at this location. Someone was sweeping the floors every five minutes. The bathrooms, 100% clean and attended to. My personal favorite detail: no weird foot smell... no sticky games and tables. Every single game worked like a charm and there are plenty of games for older kids, too. The adventure zone was basically gleaming clean as you can see from my photos. Grip socks are provided in the $15 play fee (it lasts your entire visit) which I appreciate because it limits people brining in their own (sometimes dirty) socks. Pizza?? A friend messaged me on my instagram "okay, the pizza is lowkey " and she's right!! so good! The girl working the front, Jocelyn, gave 10/10 customer service on a Sunday at 1:00PM. I honestly believe most customer service is dead. She helped me pick the best deal for my little dude and helped me save money on visiting again for free the summer--now that I know how nice it is, we can cash in on that deal (Bronze package) on a super hot day! Thanks for making my kids day Chuck E. Cheese--- he also got to see the Big Cheese Man himself and scored a high-five-- complete package for his little dreams. And I kinda relived my 90s kids dream life again for a few hours, too. Check it out!

It offers additional Juno time for free. It saved me about 20 bucks! Of additional note, the website indicates that pricing is based on age. This is no longer the. Case. Pricing is now based on height. The park is located in the plaza with Big Lots and Good will. There is ample parking to accommodate everyone!! Walking in you must complete the waivers for each child on a computer to your right. When we arrived several of the computers were not functioning correctly. After the form is completed we went to the cashier to pay for entry and socks. If you plan on returning I would advise keeping the socks to save on that cost in the future. There are several things for kids to do at this park. Slides, bounce houses, trampolines, and even a zip line. The reason for the average rating? They had several areas of the park closed! I personally do not want to pay full price for a park that is not offering to provide a full service experience. For example, the zip line was closed. When I asked whiny it was closed I was told that staff did not want to work the area! REALLY???? Now to be fair when I asked about it they did open it up long enough for my crew to enjoy it! The other concern is that I am not certain that they take cleanliness all that serous at this park. Given the fact that several kids are in this park I honestly thing that hygiene and cleanliness should be top priority! Let's just say witnessing roaches was not cool!! Overall the kids had a great time! Will we be back? Probably not!
