Overall, this place has nice professional people working here to help you with your needs and wants. The character of each individual that approached me demonstrated professional customer service. Last year I spent a good three months trying to find a spot that would suit us. I finally found SBC and I immediately fell in love with the photos online. When I called the owner, Michael, to inquire, he was friendly, straightforward, and explained everything I needed to know before booking their spot. To be clear, SBC is a million times easier to work with than just about every other venue I found up to that point. So many places had a laundry list of restrictions, requirements and downsides that I just couldn't swallow. SBC is as laid back, honest, and transparent as they come. Michael always made himself available to me and my day-of coordinator, as well as the other vendors (three food trucks, bartenders, tattoo artists, photographers, photo booth, band, security guards) who had questions. He even worked directly with our live band to ensure all of our sound was great and everything was in order. Although we had food trucks for guests to choose from, we ended up hiring Michael to do barbecue for the kids. His brisket is out of this world, and it was a huge hit. Our party lasted from 6:00 PM to midnight, and for all six of those hours, I swear just about every guest at the event came up to me at some point to gush about this venue. Everyone couldn't believe how cool and unique it was. "How did you find this place?!" was the question of the night. Everything about our party leaves me glowing. South Bay Customs could not have a more solid place in my heart if it tried. Every little detail is perfection, and I can't wait to come back for one of their comedy shows. What a great experience with Bryant at Flowmotion Suspension!…read more I own a General auto repair shop that specializes in off road builds as well and we've been searching for a very dependable, detailed oriented shock rebuilder. Now, there are a few rebuilders locally to my shop but we've had terrible experiences with them with shocks leaking shortly after being rebuilt. Unfortunately it's happened to many of our customer's trucks which was disappointing because those rebuilders wouldn't honor to help at all even with less than 5k miles on the rebuild or less than 6 months and most were pavement princess trucks. The inconvenience it causes as these trucks sit on jack stands in my lot for a week or so is just not ideal for issues like this. One day I just took a chance and googled if there was someone else in the SoCal area and I stumbled upon a Tacoma forum where lots of members name dropped Flowmotion Suspension. I did a bit more digging and found their IG, shot them a DM and the rest was history. Bryant rebuilt some Icons for one of my customer's Tacoma and man, the attention to detail was top notch. Keeping me in the loop for the whole process. INSPECTING EVERY COMPONENT was the key thing as those same Icons were rebuild less than 5k miles ago and started leaking. Come to find out, the previous rebuilders overlooked a worn shock shaft that Bryant caught and was able to replace for us and ensured it passed the pressure test. No BS, competitive pricing and frequent updates. He's very knowledgeable with what he does and did not mind sharing every little details of what goes on with a rebuild when i visited. Truly a relief for us to find someone who can stand behind their shock rebuilds, locally to me, quick turn around time and does it all to spec. Down to the OEM oils that they originally used from manufacturer. We'll definitely continue to use Flowmotion Suspension services from here on out! Thank you Bryant!

After talking with Anderson, and then Jared, who is the guy that actually does the tune, I went with the Cobb OTS tune with PDK. I'm so glad I did it. I was in and out in less than an hour and it brought an already quick car to life even more. They did exactly what I requested exactly when they said they would.
