My bike consistently had problems, to the point where I just thought Ducatis must suck, and I was ready to sell it. My friend recommended 562 and I went as a last resort bc I thought they were mainly a Harley shop. Well, I TRULY wish I had started going there from the beginning. They took my bike apart and cleaned everything, sending pics and videos along the way. It turns out there were YEARS of gunk built up everywhere bc the dealership was leaving my bike dusty, musty, and crusty, and they were charging me double the price for half the work. They would also take forever to do the smallest things and leave my bike baking in the sun for weeks, but 562 was super quick and communicative! After getting my bike back from 562 it looks amazing and feels soooo much smoother and faster. I legitimately understand why people buy Ducatis now, and because of 562 Motorsports, I am excited to ride again. Highly recommend!!!

The transmission would engage even with the clutch pulled all the way in. I would have needed a tow and then service at a shop, of which there aren't really any that close to me. Alfredo to the rescue! He showed up and in about 30 minute had the clutch working perfectly again after a flush and fill right in my driveway. He also showed me some tips on keeping air out of the clutch reservoir, which is easy to do on this particular bike. The price was also very low, not to mention the fact I didn't have to flat-bed tow it to a shop. In addition, he did a quick inspection and we came up with a plan to address all the other maintenance needs in a couple months when my brakes need service. I'm really happy with Alfadog and I will definitely be using Alfredo as my mechanic from now on.

What a great experience with Bryant at Flowmotion Suspension!…read more I own a General auto repair shop that specializes in off road builds as well and we've been searching for a very dependable, detailed oriented shock rebuilder. Now, there are a few rebuilders locally to my shop but we've had terrible experiences with them with shocks leaking shortly after being rebuilt. Unfortunately it's happened to many of our customer's trucks which was disappointing because those rebuilders wouldn't honor to help at all even with less than 5k miles on the rebuild or less than 6 months and most were pavement princess trucks. The inconvenience it causes as these trucks sit on jack stands in my lot for a week or so is just not ideal for issues like this. One day I just took a chance and googled if there was someone else in the SoCal area and I stumbled upon a Tacoma forum where lots of members name dropped Flowmotion Suspension. I did a bit more digging and found their IG, shot them a DM and the rest was history. Bryant rebuilt some Icons for one of my customer's Tacoma and man, the attention to detail was top notch. Keeping me in the loop for the whole process. INSPECTING EVERY COMPONENT was the key thing as those same Icons were rebuild less than 5k miles ago and started leaking. Come to find out, the previous rebuilders overlooked a worn shock shaft that Bryant caught and was able to replace for us and ensured it passed the pressure test. No BS, competitive pricing and frequent updates. He's very knowledgeable with what he does and did not mind sharing every little details of what goes on with a rebuild when i visited. Truly a relief for us to find someone who can stand behind their shock rebuilds, locally to me, quick turn around time and does it all to spec. Down to the OEM oils that they originally used from manufacturer. We'll definitely continue to use Flowmotion Suspension services from here on out! Thank you Bryant!

Anyone who builds off-road vehicles knows that finding the right shop is a niche and personal choice--you want a team you can trust with your rig. I had originally received a quote from a shop in San Diego, but when I realized there was a shop right here in my own backyard in Burbank, I wanted to try and keep my business local. I reached out and sent them the itemized list of work from the previous shop to see what they could do. What followed was some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever experienced. The guy who called me back came out swinging, practically yelling at me over the phone. He was incredibly defensive, snapping, "Just so you know, we are $275 an hour for labor, and I see you cut this invoice out from someone else's estimate. We are more expensive than them." He sounded deeply insecure and visibly furious that a customer would dare to shop around for the best fit. He later left a voicemail asking me to call back. When I did, a different guy answered the phone and spoke to me like I was a debt collector harassing him. When I answered his question about who I was looking for and our previous conversation, he rudely interrupted me mid-sentence, blurting out, "OKAY, WELL I HAVE ANOTHER CALL SO..." and literally just trailed off into silence. I just hung up. Why would I ever let people who treat human beings this way get anywhere near my vehicle? How does a business survive operating like this? I had a $12,000 job ready to go for tire replacements, a suspension overhaul, front bumper replacement, roof rack and heavy maintenance work. Instead of securing a massive project, these clowns let their egos and hostile communication skills ruin the transaction. Out of principle, take your hard-earned money and your rig somewhere else. Go to a shop where people actually practice basic kindness, respect, and professional communication. The way this entire crew came across was like a bunch of snakes. Save yourself the headache and go to another off-road establishment. And know that this place charges an hourly labor rate of $275 an hour.

I had a warranty issue come up on a recently replaced shock, and tried going through the company, which was nothing short of a nightmare. Finally, gave ORU a call, and within a few days, they replaced it with a new one, free of charge. In the past, I had a punctured tire the day we were leaving for a camping trip between Xmas/New Years and couldn't find my tire size anywhere due to the holidays. Called ORU, and Maurice recommended a place that had us on our way that same afternoon. Finally, had an annoying squeak post-overlanding trip and brought it in to ORU. They were able to quickly diagnose it as a loose bolt on my skid plate and didn't charge me for the inspection. It's rare to feel impressed by customer service nowadays, and ORU continues to impress me with their quality of work and service. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any upgrades to your truck/off-road vehicle!

It was a Saturday, so I knew they closed at 1pm, and I thought I wouldn't get my car back until Monday. Well, lo and behold, Rene called near 4pm to tell me to come get it. Upon arrival, he told me as a new intake, they did an inspection, found little stuff, made some recommendations, and sent me on my way for the initially-quoted price (1/2 off the dealer!). AMAZING! Two weeks ago, I attended the 4WP event at the Ontario Convention Center and made a significant purchase from your sales representative. I was convinced that they were the experts and spent $10,500 on the installation. Despite being promised that someone would contact me in a few days to schedule the installation at the Gardena store, I was not contacted until two weeks later, on the original order date. When I finally called the store, I was scheduled for installation. I brought my truck to the Gardena store and left it overnight, but no one contacted me for an update, and the store was already closed. I went onsite and spoke to an employee, requesting more time to complete the installation. Around 7 pm, I received a phone call informing me that my truck was ready. However, I was unable to inspect the work due to the late hour and darkness. I even gave the technician a $100 tip for their work. Upon returning home the next morning, I discovered that both of my rear fox suspension components were damaged. I immediately reported the issue to the manager, who apologized and offered to fix it. He arranged for a replacement and even called me to inform me that the wheels (which should have been included in the original order) were ready. I am unsure why they were not included. The manager assured me that Friday would be the day for the installation, but no one called me again. This is a second instance of poor customer service. Additionally, my skid plate was not reinstalled on my truck because the screws were too short. I had informed them from the beginning of the installation that they were the experts and should take the initiative to fix the issue. I expected them to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Why did they not sell me the long bolts necessary to fix the problem? What is a few dollars for long bolts when I have already spent $10,500? I am deeply dissatisfied with the recent experience I had with your company. The sales representative failed to fulfill my order for method ring wheels, resulting in poor installation and a lack of communication regarding the installation and follow-up orders. I wasted my time visiting your store multiple times, which could have been avoided if the issue had been resolved promptly. I also noticed that I do not have an upgraded spare tire wheel and tire that was supposed to be part of the package deal when I bought the sets during Ontario convention 4WP event. I was very upset and felt being mislead of your marketing sales and installation. I demand a partial refund for the damage to my suspension or you will remove all the parts you installed and receive a full refund. I expect a resolution to this matter promptly. I wanted to have new door Handles/Lock installed ( I furnished them) the most important was that I had a great battery in the can am that went dead for no reason, other than in the off position it was still pulling juice! I didn't know that he wasn't proficient at dealing with the electrical system. that's what happens when you aren't able to talk to someone in person when you are having problems so he farmed it out to someone that he deals with But can only occasionally get back a hold of. in all the miss communication all he did was to charge me to put a new battery in that I paid to have delivered. he said that he had to have a certain battery that it was important. he found one in west Virginia and wouldn't order it because if there was a problem he wouldn't have to deal with it. he removed the stabilizer bar in the front , he charged me $1100.00 dollars. the worse part is I had problems after the 3rd day. I still have a dead battery and now my problem multiplied because I have to find another mechanic to figure out the problem that he didn't fix. the battery was bad... you guessed it. now I have to try to box it so I can send it back to his favorite store in west Virginia. what a pain in the ass. the inconvenience just never ends. He said he couldn't get ahold of the electrical mechanic that did the original work. OH did I mention that he charged me $1100.00 dollars How is this for convince ... the Battery mart emailed me with is info. BatteryMart.com-----returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your package. I've had to take bike my bike 3 times to them because it kept doing the same thing after 10 minutes of riding so I sort of gave up and bike sat for few months. One day I've decided to give another shop a shot and found Gp Motomax. I can say that I was very pleased they got my bike back on road. The problem being the fuel pump which they suspect upon inspection so they ordered a oem pump which took a while but once they got it they've installed it so fast. What they suspect happened was they just replaced the motor of fuel pump and called it day so by replacing the whole pump properly bike was great again. The crazy part is that total of parts and labor ended up cheaper than what I paid at Motorhelmet. Will definitely come back for more service to get my bike to top tip. They are honest hard working people with very very reasonable price and great communications which is super rare nowadays. I would hate keep this so they won't get too busy but I highly recommend them!
