Dr. Wheel is the real deal. I'm really particular about my cars so I vet who works on our family's…read morefleet and I'm very discriminating about I go back to for work. I look for service, responsiveness, and most of all quality and workmanship. Dr Wheel covers all the bases. I'll be honest, I was a little suspect at first. Their process seemed a little too good to be true. After getting various quotes from a range of others, the price was all over the place from too cheap to extraordinarily expensive. Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

Jonathan showed up promptly and got work immediately on my rim. His work and skills are impeccable. It only took him roughly about 20-25 minutes to leave my wheel looking "Good as new" for less than the cost of a new wheel. I definitely recommend Dr Wheel for your curb/parking mishaps. Hopefully I won't need their services again but if ever my wheels get damaged, I'll gladly use Dr Wheel again! Thank you Jonathan for the fast, friendly and incredible service.

And as I was exiting I heard a BAM! I looked at my tire sensors and one of my tires went from 36 PSI.... to 30 PSI.... to 16 PSI... to 8 PSI... flat tire for the lose! Boo! Never taking that exit again! Lol. (And sorry in advance... I forgot everyone's name. My bad!!) So the next day, I hit up America's Tire. They took a look at my tire and determined that it could not be patched up. They didn't have my tire in stock, but they could order it from their warehouse in Arizona and it would be at the store in a couple days. So I agreed to do that. They did tell me that they would call me when my tire arrived at the shop, but i never received a call. So around 2pm I ended up calling in and was notified that my tire had arrived. The gentleman helping me made an appointment for me and told me I can bring my car in at 4PM. That definitely saved me a lot of time. Because when I showed up, I checked in, they took my keys, and I feel like within 10 minutes my car had a brand new tire. They even put my spare tire back in the trunk and locked it up properly. Price: I'll pay the moola for a quality tire. Thank you America's Tire! I only had to drive on the donut for a couple days. Will I be back? Yup!

May 2026: Service: Incredible service again today and luckily my tire beat the nail and was able to be repaired. I was ready to buy a new set today and once again America's Tire has pulled through as a great local business we should all continue to support. I will not be going to Costco to get new tires and I will be coming here. Quality: The Tesla is an evil attractor of nails and its higher 42 psi requirement makes it a bigger balloon to be popped. The repair patch was great and America's Tire saved me as my tread is still great. Value: My tire was repaired and they treated me great here. Tip your service personnel and be a good person that does not take advantage of good will.

Firestone recommended a couple of tires I had already researched and didn't meet my preference for a replacement. I told America that one of my rear tires had a slow leak and had them check to see if they could repair it or I needed to buy a replacement. I made an online appointment but decided to go early just in case I could get it done earlier. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, one of their salespeople took my information and had the mechanic begin checking the tire condition. After about 45 minutes, the car was done and they told me the tire was fixed. I was rather surprised since Firestone said the puncture was too close to the shoulder of the tire where it couldn't be patched. Hmmm. Anyway, I did ask about replacement tires since mine are about 7 years older and even if there is a lot of tread left, the rubber begins degrading starting around 6 years and becomes dangerous if you wait until they are 10 years old. When I asked about some Falkens and Yokohama's I had studied, he shared some of the differences in the compound used in manufacturing and which would be a better choice if I was driving highways to destinations like Las Vegas or San Diego. I'll probably buy a new set in about a year unless something happens before then. They didn't charge anything so I appreciate their honesty and consideration. I will be back when I decide to invest in a full set of new tires.
