Tustin GMC Service and Parts had stranded me with Mats that needed to have part of the back seat removed to install them. Jess James, the manager at Adventure Off-Road provided me with a perfect solution to my tie-downs and then brought my truck back to the service department next store to get my truck mats installed. The entire process with Jesse took 20 minutes! I would highly recommend this very customer service oriented company to anyone.

Here's the order: intake, manifolds, turbos, FMIC, downpipes, radiator, trans cooler, injectors and plugs. Both Jesse and Sergio said, "No problem." Quote was super reasonable. Jake killed it with all the install work. I even later dropped off a third brake light with a pretty complicated wiring harness. He wired it perfectly. Raptor has Starlink now...and cables ready for both UHF and VHF should I ever want to add a radio. My truck will be going to back to Adventure Off-Road.

I was like " no way, I can buy a used working one for less than half" which I did. Since I refused to proceed with the estimate that's when things went south. They have built my customer Turbo Harley Porsche Night Rod from the ground up, and improvised at every obstacle to create an amazing machine. They also installed the 330mm wide tire on this bike and it's always admired at every supercar or motorcycle event. Next they built my Naturally Aspirated Harley Night Rod Porsche, improvising with the ape hangers, rear view mirrors and heat shrinking around all cables and wires to creatively create a show quality product. They have also implemented wireless phone, charging holders, strategically. Next up, they will be applying their master craftsmanship to install digital temperature sensors, reading the oil and water temperatures across both my Harley bikes, especially the turbo bike. I recently added a carbon fiber, Ducati V4 S and I will continue to use this company as they have proven excellence in the field of motorcycle mechanic perfection.

Victor denied knowing about the missing parts, disconnected wires or cut parts/lines. Dave stated he trust his mechanic, maybe I cut the parts/lines. I purchased a new battery and took my Harley to the Dealer August 12, I received a call a couple hours later informing me my motorcycle was ready for pick up. the only issue other than the cut/removed parts was the ECM wasn't completely plugged in. I called and and emailed Dave August 13. I haven't received a response to either my call or emailed.

This time as soon as I got my car, I dropped off there. I have a 991.2 GTS. After talking with Anderson, and then Jared, who is the guy that actually does the tune, I went with the Cobb OTS tune with PDK. I'm so glad I did it. I was in and out in less than an hour and it brought an already quick car to life even more. They did exactly what I requested exactly when they said they would.
