I needed my Batteries looked at wheel alignment and possibly tires. The guy that helped me was on 10 cups of coffee or something he kept on walking back-and-forth not knowing what to do. All he was focused on selling me rims and tires instead of actually servicing my golf cart. Maybe this company is good for a quick fix, battery swap out or maybe adding a decal to your cart. but when it comes to troubleshooting with my experience i do not recommend. They sent 2,guys out to trouble shoot cart not turning on. They spent majority of their time on their phones to "find troubleshooting golf cart on you tube"- they left w/ out fixing the problem except to tell me they think it's 1 or 2 things and i should try the repairs myself since they don't have any more time. i replaced both items they recommend which was about $500 in parts- still does not run. Never got a phone call from the owner following up. Again this is just my experience i hate writing reviews good or bad but i wish i would have known the little knowledge these techs actually posses. i don't care about the money i have no problem paying top dollar for experience. read more

We have a 2008 GEM E2. We needed the trunk strut replaced and the hand brake tightened. They got the part, replaced it, and fixed the hand brake perfectly for a very fair price. We'll definitely use them again whenever our GEM needs service. read more

They had just offered to help sell a used golf cart for a client (even though they isn't typically sell used vehicles) and told me about it and.......voila.....it was perfect! They made little to no money on the sale but helped me for almost a week to negotiate the purchase with the private party seller. Absolutely amazing! My family got Covid 1.5 years ago when the pandemic started. Thankfully we recovered but with everything on lock down we were a little depressed and wanted to get out and enjoy the neighborhood and beach. We decided to buy a TomberLin GhostHawk as we had seen them around. They looked like so much fun and basically defined freedom to us at the time. Bonus...they are environmentally friendly. Amy and Will made us feel so at home and confident in that we chose the 6 seater! It is so much fun to drive and has helped with navigating school pick up, days down to the beach and downtown where parking was always an issue. I recently purchased a Tomberlin Ghosthawk after owning a Polaris GEM. WOW - what a difference. I initially bought the GEM because it was less expensive but you get what you pay for. We use this golf cart as a second car and spend a lot of time shuffling the kids around locally in it, so safety is a prime concern. I couldn't be more happy. The Tomberlins are beasts. It feels way more sturdy and safer than the GEM. I always felt as though the GEM was a little flimsy and the Tomberlin is the complete opposite. It's built like a truck. The safety features are enormous. You are way more high up on the road which increases your visibility. The power steering is just like a car - we could parallel park using one finger while the GEM takes some strength to maneuver. There is a backup camera. YUP - a backup camera in a golf cart. This is truly the Tesla of golf carts. Everyone at e3 has been super helpful. They are not high pressured, truly believe in their product line and genuinely just want more LSV's on the road. They are a pleasure to deal with and it's very comforting to have a local certified dealership for servicing and expert advice. William will promise you the moon and as soon as they have your money you are ignored and forgotten. I paid for the cart and was told 5 weeks...4 months later I got the cart. From the start something was wrong with the charger. They sent the technician out and he did something to it and the next day it wouldn't budge. He did not know what he was doing and did more damage to the carger and had to come again. At the time we told them the tire was leaking.. This was Jan. I repeatedly asked for help and finally in april the guy came bak. 4 months again! (I guess that is their magic number) The tire was leaking 5 pounds a day without being driven once. He informed me he could see no hole and that there was no warranty on the tires. This was an issue I brought up to them within 3 weeks of purchasing the cart and they hold no responsibility for it. (I had told them to put a tire on his truck for me..of use they did not) HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do yourself favor and keep looking. read more
