The communication on their end has been abysmal - I've called and emailed multiple times with hardly any response. The office manager was very polite when I finally did get her on the phone and she assured me the situation would be handled quickly. Clearly that has not happened. Although every interaction I've had with the employees there has been pleasant for the most part, I will certainly NEVER give them my business again as their lack of execution when it comes to processing the refund on the erroneous charges is staggering!

No more aimless wandering looking for astilbe in the middle of the hellebores or sedum. The prices are a bit higher than other local shops or big box home improvement stores. Shopping at Weston Nurseries is a wonderful experience!
