Although every interaction I've had with the employees there has been pleasant for the most part, I will certainly NEVER give them my business again as their lack of execution when it comes to processing the refund on the erroneous charges is staggering!

They didn't have that but they said they could sell us Sedum 'Blue Elf' which has the same spread-rate and would do the job. After we picked up the plants and installed them, we realized that there were 54 'non-spreading' Sedums and only ONE of the correct variety! When we complained that what they sold us wouldn't actually spread, they said that's all they had. No apology, and no help. I made a few phone calls and found that I could buy 50 Sedum 'Dragon's Blood' plants from another nursery for less than ONE-QUARTER the price of Almo's! I bought a hundred. Make sure you get what you pay for.

I had two large maple trees and one spruce tree that I hired him to take down. I indicated that I…read morewanted to keep all of the wood including the small spruce. He chipped the spruce along with a huge amount of the maple trees. Even though there was tons of usable wood on 5inch diameter branches. He also said he would cut the trees into rounds for me. He didn't do this. When I called to ask him when he was coming back to cut the trees into rounds he said that wasn't part of the deal and it would be another $400 to do so. He never gave me a written estimate, he only gave me a verbal estimate and his cost was only $100-$200 less than other estimates I received. He clearly stated he was going to cut the trees into rounds the first time he came out to give me an estimate. --Don't go with this guy. He doesn't keep his word.
