After talking with her, I decided to the Philly Cheesesteak and Chicken parm rolls. You'll need two, they are the size of typical egg rolls. I also ordered a side of sweet potato fries. Everything was well seasoned and tasted amazing. The Philly cheesesteak was my favorite and the fries were really fresh. The restaurant is decorated in local art which is for sale. Hubby and I checked this place out on a late Friday night. It's pretty small inside with an upstairs. (Not sure if it's space for customers or employees). Hubby ordered a chorizo queso roll up with avocado ranch dip. He also ordered a peach cobbler roll up. I wasn't really in the mood for egg rolls so I ordered an order of cheese fries. They were good. Lots of cheese but it was a bit on the spicy side for me. This restaurant is a novelty, so I'm not sure it will stand the test of time, but they are trying their best and it's worth a try! read more

If you haven't checked out this restaurant in downtown Norfolk you definitely need to!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Service is great all around friendly and fast. My husband and I went here for a little date night and we were not disappointed! The food was absolutely amazing. We both got 4 rolls and our choices of dipping sauces. We got two savory: chicken Philly and steak Philly and two sweet: peach and Oreo cheesecake. The chicken was our favorite and the more flavorful roll with the right balance of cheese and chicken. The strawberry cheesecake roll was a little too liquidy. I feel like it could use a bit more cheesecake and a little less strawberry. This is a smaller place in down town norfolk. I stopped by while taking a walk around and it peaked my inner Yelper. They have local artists pieces on the wall for sale. The lady at the front was helpful. The preparation time takes a little time but I guess that means it freshly prepared. You get 4 rolls for $18. The buffalo chicken was good but could have been spicier. Paired with the garlic ranch sauce was great. The Mac and cheese was a little dry but pairing it with the nacho cheese sauce was the only way to eat it to actually get some cheesy goodness. The oreo cheesecake was sweet and yummy. Been meaning to try this new spot on Granby and finally one night decided to give it a go. We entered and were greeted by the lovely cashier. She answered our questions about the menu and provided her recommendations as well. We ordered Philly cheesesteak eggrolls, chicken cheesesteak eggrolls and fries. For dessert we got the peach cobbler eggroll and the berry cheesecake eggroll. They also had Jarritos sodas in flavors that aren't as accessible typically we got a watermelon one and passionfruit. The eggrolls of course were fresh and hot out of the fryer and super satisfying. They came with a spicy orange sauce (I love spicy orange sauces) and were honestly so fulfilling. Out of the Chicken and Cheesesteak I probably would choose the regular Philly cheesesteak, but both were good. The fries were thick cut crinkle and SEASONED which I enjoyed. The dessert eggrolls were my least favorite, the peach one just gave typical peach pie filling vibes, but we did enjoy the berry cheesecake one which had a nice creamy filling. We were told by a few patrons in the restaurant that the chicken parm eggroll was really good, so I am looking forward to trying that next time. If you're interested in trying something new, I'd give this place a try especially for a late-night fix. The rolls are 2 for $8 which I think is a solid price. read more

It wasn't hard to convince me to go to a place that makes everything into egg rolls. I'm glad i went. I didn't get to try the things i really wanted (cheesesteak egg roll and peach cobbler egg roll) but the ones i got were good. Vegetarian egg roll was the best one we had by far; runner ups were Chicken Parm, chicken cheesesteak, and blueberry cheesecake egg rolls which were all good enough to go back for. The egg rolls are good! The service sucks!I placed 3 orders (for myself &2 adult family members) I requested separate boxes for each. After paying $65 for12 egg rolls, I was told No & the staff member proceeded to lecture me about separate orders and stated we needed to pay separately to do that. I would have to charge my card 3 times. So I asked, if you buy 3 meals we have to share 1 box? I was told next time they wouldn't do it. I said no worries there won't be a next time. The Chicken Philly really surprised me I might even like it better than Steak Philly which is also very well seasoned and flavorful. The cashier was like can't be but they went to go make her another one. I had'nt received my order yet. When I went to the cashier she said impossible it's cold, then the cook/owner came rushing up there told me I was lying it's not cold and we got into a confrontation. I said touch it I have no reason to lie, then he said so it's just a little cold, and I said its not supposed to be cold at all. I am paying for food to be cooked right not nasty garbage. It was a blow up in front of the entire restaurant. When I got to my hotel restaurant I told the hostess I tried to eat at Rolled Up. Before I even told her my experience she said oh no I never eat there my egg roll was cold on the inside and I had to get my money back.
