Love love love LOVE the people and the services they provide. Everyone I have interacted with has gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and excited about skating. Both Melina and Baby have been incredibly helpful and kind, but everyone else I've met there has also been very friendly. They took the time to make sure my needs were met regarding skate selection. I will continue to go back to them whenever I need anything skate related! Often times their prices also match what you can find online, which feels like a rarity for brick and mortar stores these days. I have been itching to get roller skates & of course during Covid, all the sporting goods stores are out of everything! I'm honestly glad they were because I found Roll Atl, who actually offers EXCELLENT skates at great prices (and no plastic wheels haha). I made an appointment to be fitted for skates on a Friday afternoon @ 3pm! There were a few ladies working in the shop, including the owner Teshia! Everyone was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful! They made sure my skates fit perfect, advised me on what my skates should feel like and how my feet should feel! They helped me pick out safety gear and the coolest accessories for my new babies! They even put on my toe covers for me & educated me on how to care for my skates! I purchased the Luna Skates, which are BEAUTIFUL in Black! They come with the gummy wheels for indoor and outdoor skating, which is a plus also! I absolutely LOVE my skates & the ladies in the shop! Plus, its a WOMAN owned business, which is a HUGE Win in my eyes! They customized the skates to fit what I needed. While i was trying on the skates they would check in on me to make sure they fit well and I wasn't having any issues fit wise. Locate in Charlotte NC. I been struggling to have someone here help me find a pair of indoor skates. So base on some recommendations on FB. I decided to contact RollATL. My cousin lives there so if anything. She can pick it up for me.. I did an inquiry thru email because working at the salon. I can email back in between clients. Teshia replied via email 2 days later.. And she mentioned the Jackson Vista.. But originally I was interested in the Luna. So sad that the company dont make those in my size. And I wasn't interested in the Jackson because they are as stiff and very padded like the Impalas that I currently have. She mentioned to give her my size so she can order other boots. What I really wanted was to see what's in stock. But if they don't have my size than they mentioned they can order it base on their recommendations. After sending her my measurements. I didn't hear back for 4 days. So I finally asked what's the outcome re: this. She finally reply.. said that the evokes was too small and if I wanted Moonlight skates. That I should order it myself. Now I'm sure customer service would've been better in person. But I didn't feel I receive the services I was looking for. I feel like I was bothering her too many times over emails and eventually she just wanted to end this.. Unfortunate this didn't work out. Because she seem very knowledgeable. read more

I bought a pair of moxies, gummy wheels, helmet/pads and accessories here. Truly not worth going online, trust me, I've done the leg work! This locally owned woman's business is one I will surely patronize over the internet, solely because of the service Teshia provides. I went to roll atl with my 4 and 6 year old boys to buy them some skateboarding gear because they will be starting skateboarding lessons soon. Cat was a salesperson working at the store and she was so helpful and made it so easy for me to find what we needed and to shop with my 2 young children (which isn't always easy). My new skates came in and I cannot be happier. I had the BEST time skating around the rink and NOT falling! Felt like old times. I especially love the sheepskin shoe tongue. Makes a huge difference in the overall comfort. The shoe is a bit snug, but I could tell after just one session that it was beginning to stretch just like Teshia predicted. On that note, Teshia texted me to check on the skates and to see if there were any adjustments needed. Talk about great customer service. Made me feel like part of the family! THIS PLACE IS SO AMAZING AND FRIENDLY! I went in to get indoor wheels and ended up getting a new pair of skates as well. When you come plan on spending time, because the staff takes very good care of you and are super attentive to making by sure your skating experience is amazing. Everyone here is very knowledgeable about the products and what works best for you. They make sure you know everything that is going on and teaches you as they go. Justin and Cat are awesome, and our experience at Roll ATL was great because of them! We made an appointment for a fitting after contacting Roll ATL and confirming that they had a pair of rec skates that might fit my husbands size 15. Having even one option for a his size is pretty much unheard of, but because of Justin's extensive knowledge of which brands run large, which liners are interchangeable and have more/less padding, my husband was able to try four skates in five different combinations, and in the end actually had to choose between two. And because of their clearance sale, they were $150 off the original price. We walked out with a new pair of Sebas, that we would have never known would fit, since Seba doesn't actually make a size 15. read more
