What could and should be a great local skate shop has face planted into the gravel…read more I walked into Swift Wheels expecting to see young hip kids behind the counter eager to share their endless pit of skater knowledge. I was expecting to be offered help at the vary lest. I had expected too much. Instead I stood and stared at the walls blankly waiting for anyone to help. I could see a figure of some child-in-charge sitting on a counter top in a back room, eating. After wondering the shop aimlessly and un-helped for a solid 15 minutes I decided to leave. Maybe he couldn't see me because he was just far enough behind a wall that he couldn't see when and if any patrons had entered the building. Maybe he didn't hear the door chime because he was blaring a radio. You would think that being conveniently located across from a FREE skate park they would have their act together. Sadly this is not the case. Because of the lack of customer service I will never shop there again... well shop there for a first time... if I can get helped.

I was informed that I needed to work with a local FFL to get it back out to me. After a few tries with other gun stores I landed on Sons of Grant and linked up with Josiah. I was absolutely blown away with the customer service that he provided. He went way above the call Of duty and even went over to the police department to pick it up for me. Before I knew it it was being shipped out to my local FFL and he even sent me tracking and pictures of the gun. I honestly felt like it was a buddy doing me a favor rather than a retail store and just wanted to let him and the rest of the staff know how appreciative I am. So refreshing to get such amazing customer service!
