Because I could not find what I wanted I asked to reverse the transaction and return my $100. The sales clerk called the manager who said they would not cancel the $100 Gift Card. This is not good customer relations as all major and most medium retailers will return an unhappy customer's money.

I love the bike I bought…read more Can't recommend the current bike techs. spent a chunk of change for a tune up refresh and some work was not done at all, some was done poorly. "No labor charge for installing new parts" sounds great until you learn the $30 chain is $70. Brought the bike back to try to get adjustments redone. I was at the store over an hour. I told the mechanic it wasn't right, he said I could leave it and he'd go through it. The bike was at the shop for a couple weeks in February, I brought it back and he told me it was perfect and the best he could do. Why would I leave it again? This is the short version. There's a lot more. Never going back. Adding to the review after a couple weeks. Worse than I thought. Someone at the store dropped my by bike on the derailleur side and bent the hanger. I was lied to by the mechanic who said he test rode it and it was perfect. It was not. He wasn't competent enough to know the hanger was bent or he's the one who dropped it and didn't want to draw attention to it. I know it was dropped because my seat had a scrape on it and was ripped and my derailleur had a large gash in it. I bought a derailleur hanger tool and bent the hanger back in place and was able to adjust the bike to shift very smooth. I'm guessing the shop has this tool, but nobody used it. It's about 95% there but I ordered a new hanger anyway since I had to to replace my seat. Absolutely terrible repair department. Incompetence is one thing, lying to cover up poor work is worse because it's intentional, in my opinion. This is still the short version.

He corrected the alignment of the rear wheel and brake caliper, tightening spokes & replacing a spacer. He tuned the bike, fixed the rear shifter & went with me on a test ride all in time to get me on the trail on a much safer bike. Preston has made us happy Aztec customers!
