When I came back to the store to calmly talk about not matching, the owner called the cops on me to have me leave and took my money and my earrings. After 2 weeks of no earrings and no refund they final gave me a matching earring. Never do business with these people. I received one voice message from the repair man at their original location stating they received the wrong parts and had to reorder. I stopped in 3 times before actually getting my watch back, with a crown that was not the same as the original damaged one. No one told me this was happening until I showed up one last time looking for it. The part could not be matched apparently, which is something I would have liked to know before it was installed. For the pleasure of being watchless, ill advised and informed, I was charged $80. Which the indifferent lady pointed out to me was a deal that didn't include labor. Terrible service, do not go here for anything! I've heard the Georgia store is much better, but this place is worthless.
