My package ordered with "signature" option was lost, while USPS insisted it was delivered (happens periodically). I contacted the FOX's customer service and was basically yelled at (they implied that I lied!). Better yet, a year later I found out that bc of that one occurrence, I was placed on the "blacklist" and I can't order from them anymore!
