My sister and I went into…read morea dressing room together to try on clothes, and as soon as we started undressing a lady started coming in and saying we couldn't both go in at the same time. I understand that this is a rule, but it would have been much more appropriate if she would have just kindly knocked and told us that from outside the dressing room instead of trying to come in when we were undressing. We both felt very uncomfortable afterwards and felt that they could have communicated their rules in a more appropriate way. Other than that, this dress up is pretty nice- just like any of their other stores.

Many shops (including a major chain) try to fill the gift space but I love to find unique items that are not everywhere. That is how I felt here. While speaking to the young lady, she told me there are only a couple of locations. This is not a chain! I like that. They had choices from gifts to decor to clothing and so much in between. My daughter has a wedding to attend next weekend and we found a dress that I thought would be perfect. It looked great on her. The other day while at work, they broke mid-step while I was simply walking. The store refuses to refund or exchange. Their excuse was that they "can't resell damaged product if they accept the return". Well, unfortunately you will also never be able to sell to this customer again. A simple refund of a measly $23 and I would have been on my way. I cannot even imagine stepping foot in their store again. You get better service from Forever 21, and that is sad. I am not familiar with other boutiques return policies, but I strongly advice you put down the cute pair of bell bottoms you see at Ensemble and go find them at another boutique who respects your business. I am so incredibly disappointed.

This store is always hit or miss, some of the associates are nice, others not so much. The BAIT And switch tactics are not what I expected from Sundance, and I have no idea why they would do this. Have no desire to go back anytime soon if they take advantage of loyal customers.

Jenny calmed my anxiety by reassuring me she could get it done for me and ready to pick up by the next day. They always have you try on the altered clothing before for your input & after the adjustment to make sure it fits accordingly. III. I got a fast response via message from them so I decided to give them a try. They told me to bring the right shoes so they could measure accurately. I wouldn't have thought of that! The location is easy to find right off 141 and parking is a breeze in front. They have good hours, open til 630 and even open on weekend. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and her mom- by name since I'd made a arranged time they were expecting us! There was a really nice arrangement of masks while we waited to browse. Some of these were made with beautiful fabrics for formal events and in all the colors you could dream of. My daughter put on the gown for measuring and she was made to feel comfortable (this was her very first experience at a tailor service.) she was complimented on her look as well. The dress was ready in a quick timeframe and absolutely on time for our event. My daughter was pleased with the result- and attention to detail. The hem looks extremely professional. I recommend this business and will be back soon with more alterations.
