Thank you Steven for being so attentive and patient with me. I will definitely be back!

I walked in, didn't get very far inside before I was stopped by these vibrant, hand-painted hats. OMG. Such a variety of shapes, colors, I didn't know which to get, but I had to have one. I walked further into the store and my eye caught so many beautiful dresses that were screaming, "me, me, me". My girlfriends were busy buying these groovy sunglasses but then reminded me of our mission and it was not to shop. I will be back because I can tell it's going to become my new obsession.

I especially loved how they went out of their way to feature not only locally owned and produced items but female owned businesses! How great is that! I would describe them as what happens when Madewell spends a year abroad traveling the globe. The place has a eclectic vibe like Anthropologie but not too far out when you say "okay that looks like it was found in a thrift store after spending 20 years in a bus traveling with hippies!" The place features trendy denim mix with soft flowing cardigans and funky jewelry. They have brands like AG jeans and The Giving Keys. If you're in the area make sure you stop by.

This family-owned business has done two alterations for me and I'm very satisfied with the quality,…read moreservice, timeliness and prices. They take card transactions but in some cases, if you're rushing an order, they take cash. Things you should know: I. PARKING The alteration shop is within the Medlock Village Shopping Center plaza. There's a free private parking lot out front with available spaces. II. SERVICE Excellent ~ my first visit here was a stressful situation where I needed a bridesmaid dress altered ASAP. Jenny calmed my anxiety by reassuring me she could get it done for me and ready to pick up by the next day. They always have you try on the altered clothing before for your input & after the adjustment to make sure it fits accordingly. III. QUALITY Out of the two items they've altered, I couldn't even see where the new stitch work was made. I typically struggle with pants fitting my waist but the fit was perfect after Medlock Alterations did their changes to my slacks

We were greeted by a friendly hostess and her mom- by name since I'd made a arranged time they were expecting us! There was a really nice arrangement of masks while we waited to browse. Some of these were made with beautiful fabrics for formal events and in all the colors you could dream of. My daughter put on the gown for measuring and she was made to feel comfortable (this was her very first experience at a tailor service.) she was complimented on her look as well. The dress was ready in a quick timeframe and absolutely on time for our event. My daughter was pleased with the result- and attention to detail. The hem looks extremely professional. I recommend this business and will be back soon with more alterations.

I love this store…read more There were so many unique and interesting items. I could see having a great time gifts shopping and possibly finding a treat for me. Many shops (including a major chain) try to fill the gift space but I love to find unique items that are not everywhere. That is how I felt here. While speaking to the young lady, she told me there are only a couple of locations. This is not a chain! I like that. They had choices from gifts to decor to clothing and so much in between. My daughter has a wedding to attend next weekend and we found a dress that I thought would be perfect. It looked great on her. If there were a location where we live, I would definitely be shopping here. Happy shopping!

The other day while at work, they broke mid-step while I was simply walking. The store refuses to refund or exchange. Their excuse was that they "can't resell damaged product if they accept the return". Well, unfortunately you will also never be able to sell to this customer again. A simple refund of a measly $23 and I would have been on my way. I cannot even imagine stepping foot in their store again. You get better service from Forever 21, and that is sad. I am not familiar with other boutiques return policies, but I strongly advice you put down the cute pair of bell bottoms you see at Ensemble and go find them at another boutique who respects your business. I am so incredibly disappointed.
