They're local, responsive, super affordable, and genuinely care about their customers. When you call, a real person answers the phone, not a call center. They're flexible with scheduling and helped us out last time when our timeline shifted. Unfortunately, when we needed another dumpster recently, they didn't have availability for a few days, so we went with someone else (Humpty Dumps) -- and it was a disaster. We paid more for less service and zero flexibility. Lesson learned. Sam's Hauling was a much better overall experience and cost.
