Lucked out that Rolberto's was right next to the Texaco Station that we fueled our motorhome at.
First, and ALWAYS foremost, the sweet girl at the counter and the chef couldn't have been more accommodating! Because my husband and myself, both have medical issues preventing us from eating certain things; we can't just walk up and order, let's say a #5, and #22 off a menu. The two burritos I did order were pretty much special order items by the time I finished, and she (sorry I did not catch her name) did not even raise an eyebrow. She saw that we couldn't have cheese and even offered their guacamole instead. Did NOT charge more for the extra items I ordered on our burrito.
Excellent service!
We lived very close to the Mexican boarder where Mexican food was more than prevalent, and tasty. It's the one thing that's hard to find in Idaho. Rolberto's is as close to authentic as we've found. We will be back!!!
