You give me that and I'll never go anywhere else. And that's exactly how I'd describe Best Service Auto Body. Both Alex and Yuro are awesome at what they do. I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

I finally lost my trust in them, having been treated vary badly and unprofessionally. Next I took the car for maintenance to Great Bear, on Kissena Blvd. in my neighborhood. The car was stalling when accelerating to enter the highway, a very dangerous situation. I also needed a new AC compressor. They charged me an exorbitant amount, but the car kept stalling, and the new, very expensive AC compressor did a poor job from the start. Isaac took care of the stalling problem, made my AC work as it should, performed regular maintenance, all that for a fraction of the price I was used to pay. My wife I I were treated in a very friendly and respectful way. Isaac is a very busy man, so don't expect a speedy resolution to your car problems or needed service. But he'll do the right job for the right price, and treat you the way a customer should. I highly recommend Isaac. I'll be his loyal customer for as long as own a car.

These people tried to overcharge me then used duct tape to repair damage that they did to the car. They leave the car outside in an unsecured lot and my car was scratched while in their care. Do not think you'll save money here; this place is a scam.

This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I will think twice before ever returning to this place.

They had the part I needed, although the worker almost gave me the wrong part, realized his mistake and gave me the right one. He was friendly and helpful. Don't come here not knowing what you need. If you need a part, go online first and see what you need before you make the trip. It will make it easier when you get to the store. Outside looks a bit cluttered with discarded auto parts, not very clean. It's because ppl fix their cars in the parking lot, and don't clean up. The area might seem sketch cuz it's right by the BQE overpass, and there are mechanic shops nearby, but you'll be fine it's safe. Be wary of ppl who offer to fix whatever issue you have with your car. They hangout in the parking lot. They may break your and they're not affiliated with AutoZone, so buyer beware.

I had a older man hit the side of my new jeep as I was stopped at a red light.The only shop I would bring it to is ROJO.i use to work for this shop and I remembered the owner only released cars back to the owners when they were Perfect and I mean perfect , even if his guys in his shop made a mistake JImmy would have them repaint the car if necessary he wanted it perfect .....And the customers were always happy.And the paint job and body work they did on my jeep was better than the paint job from the factory .........ROJO is still the best shop all around hands down ......Richie B read more

Rojo collision is an amazing place. I went there to get an estimate on my bumper not only did they beat all the prices around them (cause I bargin shop) I asked Ethon, one of the bosses, to give me a price on getting my front seats lifted. He did it at no cost to me!! George, the technician, found my diamond ring, my lip gloss and my phone charger, plus a ton of other stuff under those seats!!! They are all awesome. I had a hit and run occur to me outside my apartment while my car was parked overnight. My insurance rates would've went through the roof if I made the claim. So I elected to pay out of pocket. When reaching out to Felix and his crew, he assured me that he would work within my budget and offer prices not far from what I found online + his guys labor and material costs. I dropped the car off while taking a vacation, and Felix was providing me updates via text, and even offered suggestions for maintenance items that I needed to address (brake pads, fluids, etc). Taking note of these items that I, as a regular non-mechanically inclined person, don't normally do was a really nice touch that I appreciated. Car was ready the day after I came back from vacation and was detailed and looked better than when I received it new. A lot of attention to detail and technique was applied here. The price was what was communicated from the jump, and Felix worked with me to see if he could refinish rather than replace certain items to keep the cost down for my sake. Can't say anything bad about this place, only positive things came from my experience. Hope I don't have to be back to use their services, but glad I did and can give a great review for Felix, Justin, and the rest of the crew. Thank you!!
