AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST. I dropped my car off on Oct 31, it's now Dec 12th and I still don't have my car back. The shop has provided four different promised handoff dates and has blown through all four dates. Extremely poor communication, expect when it comes to the shop collecting money. At this point, I still don't have my car back and had to involve my insurance company to help ensure the shop completes the repairs. TLDR - GO TO A DIFFERENT SHOP! I had a VERY BAD experience with rojo and I would not recommend anyone to go. They take my car to change door and take 3-4months then give me back the car door can't look computer acting up. Take my ride back for ac temperature and keep telling me they resets the car and now my ac not working from charging a door to another problem. I forget they say I had to change battery because they say it's the battery. Moral of the story is that there people was to change one thing and they damage or touch something else and give me a run around. read more

The Absolute worst body shop out there, do not go to this shop. I had brought in my 2017 pearl Nissan Rogue in for a paint job and repair on the front and rear bumper. They painted them painted them white instead of pearl, then ague with me on the color match. I had to go back and forth three times to the shop before they can get the color right.Then less then a week later some of the front bumper clips came off and the bumper literally was hanging off the car. I took the car back to the shop They said they had to order the bumper clips in the mean time I had to use ties to hold up the bump to the car.It took them more then two weeks to get clips and three days to put it on. Initial visit was great - Nock was affable and professional. At pickup not a hello. Very impersonal. The repair was done well although a couple of minor requests - correcting window washer and mending a hub cap were essentially ignored. Staff is friendly when you drop-off your car to get work done but everything goes downhill thereafter. I was told my repairs would take 10 days but it has already been 21 days and i still do not have my car back! I do not blame them for the delay but they had a responsibility to inform me that there would be a major delay and they did not. When i called to find out the status of my car, I was placed on hold and hung up on many times. After several tries, I was promised a callback with the status of my car but they never called back. I only used this repair center because Geico recommended them but I will certainly not use their services again nevertheless recommend them. ***Update: I received my car back after 21 days AND they returned it to me with even more damage! IT turns out that they dented my driver's side door and now i hav e to go back for even more repairs!!!!! read more

Rojo did an amazing job repairing my Mercedes C300 (2016), and even went above and beyond with some other issues. Geico is my insurance and therefore they were a shop the insurance works with. A minor thing-- communication could've been better in giving me updates on the status of the car (I had to call each week to find out). read more

I was referred here because my vehicle was sideswiped. I must say that they did an excellent job! I am very satisfied with the work. They washed my car, put armor oil on the tires, vacuumed inside, and touched up other little areas. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you need any body work done. So I got a new car. This time a Kia Optima LX. I got the car in October 2017 and a buffoon decided to drive on the SHOULDER of the Prospect Expressway in rush hour traffic and sideswipes my driver side front quarter panel because he is was an impatient jerk. His insurance had to pay to get my car fixed because I had the camera pic to prove he was at fault at the time of impact (I am fast like that). Anyway, I took my car to Rojo last Friday, April 27 and dropped it off in the morning. They are closed on the weekends but my car was ready by Monday, April 30! Now that is what you call SERVICE. Not only that but my car looked so good and like new again that I parked in the parking garage near my job because I didn't want my baby next to the "common" cars. Last time I take my car here or refer this place to anyone. My car was hit on rear driver side qtr panel and tire. I thought these guys were good and I'd get my truck back good as new. They kept my truck for about a week and a half and It never drove the same again. After nearly sideswiping several other cars on the highway all due to the fact the tail end of my Jeep would swerve left and right after driving over bumps and pot holes I decided to bring it back to rojo. They worked on a "alignment" problem for a week and then told me it was no big deal other than the alignment. About a day later I almost side swiped several more cars with my little boys in the trunk. When I called rojo I was informed I had driven too many miles and Geico and rojo cannot determine if the issue may be new and unrelated to the accident. Smfh My JGC with hemi engine could hit 100 and hug the Belt and SIE while doing so. That never happened again after it left rojo. I feared going up to 50-60 after the "work" was done. I ended up trading that truck in and had to purchase another one. Therefore rojo let me down and will never see my business again. I be sure to spread the word, take your business elsewhere if you want quality work. read more

Just as an update, I took my car to a different collision center to see if they could polish the scratches that were left on the glass. They also discovered that when Rojo fixed the door that was damaged due to the accident they forgot to the bolts back on the door which was causing my passenger door to lean down and not close properly. But it was probably "someone" who did it and not Rojo. read more

This place is the worst, my car was towed to this place by my insurance and in going seems like a nice professional environment but all you get is the run around when it's come to getting information about your car. The receptionist is nice but every time she says that someone will call you back about your car not a single person gets back to you. I called every few days and the same answer no one returning your phone calls. The refuse to give you and estimate on your car until an adjuster comes out and then still they didn't start work on the car. My car was hit on 9/6 got towed to there shop 9/7 it's now 9/20 and now they are saying you will get your car back on 9/27 what kind of shady unprofessional business are they doing. I hope with the length of time it's taking them my car is like brand new. They need better customer service. read more

I've been looking for a shop that really values its customers - and I found it with Rojo. Here's an example: I popped by a couple of weeks ago with my Chryseler Voyager to swap out my headlights for new ones I bought online (since one of the lenses fell off the old ones). One of their managers, said it was a small job and they'd do it for FREE and have it ready in an hour, in appreciation for my business. I'm still surprised and grateful. It's the little things that show how much they value their customers. I will definitely continue to work with them. read more

my 2014 crv was grazed by a drunk biker and used rojo through geico ins. for the repair. my crv had 3 9 inch scratch marks. and a few other marks. while i was going through the enterprise they had there for car rental they rubbed out the car and got out every mark back to perfection. rojo didn't charge me and my claim to geico was cancelled. this is the first for me. wow. seems like there are great places like rojo who have old school values like my father used to tell me. i will use rojo for any of my collision needs. they are a class act. they took away a bad experience. i would recommend them highly. i've had work done by them on my old corolla.. there work is excellent. read more

Rarely write reviews but these guys deserve one. Garage my Audi and a pipe leaked from above and left stains on hood that no car wash could get out. Brought my car here and they took one look and said wait a bit, let's try to and sand it out. About 30 minutes later they brought the car back stains removed and it was free of charge. I had an accident in which my rear bumper was damage. I took my car to Rojo Collision Center and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly. Three days later my car was fixed and my rear bumper looks brand new I was amazed at the work they did and how fast and efficient they were fixing the car.
