On the day and time that I was given to pick up the van, I was told "there is no van, there is no reservation" not sure why this guy was in bad mood but I informed him that I had called several times and got 2 return phone call confirmations. I also pointed out that the van was sitting there in plain sight. Overall, the van was clean and in great condition. I explained to Gabby that we have doctor's appointments to get to and would not be able to travel so far to Union St without confirming they're open.. She could not confirm they are open and said she was referring me to roadside assistance to have the car picked up. She transferred me and I've been on hold over 30 minutes! Hertz has no regard for the customer's time. I informed Jade and Gabby that I needed to get to a medical appt. They gave me no options at all and didn't even lift a finger to accommodate me.
