Chris was a complete professional and doing business with VTI was a pleasurable experience. VTI was upfront about the cost of the truck I rented, the prices were reasonable and the vehicle was clean when I picked it up. The check out process was seamless and my family and I enjoyed our road trip because of his awesome service and luxury vehicles. I returned the vehicle slightly messy as I was traveling with 4 children (so you can imagine the wrappers and chicken nuggets in the seat.) Chris was totally cool about cleaning it up, there were no additional charges. I will suggest the following: if you are traveling and anticipate tolls please use your own EZPass!!!; walk with 2-3 proofs of ID. They will verify that you are who you say you are before swiping your credit card, which in this day and age, I do not mind. Other than that I will definitely be back to rent from VTI in the future. Working with Chris at VTI was beyond expectations. As Midwesterner having lived in the east, I was skeptical that all sounded too good to be true. 15-passenger vans at an excellent price. Chris was easy to work with, returned calls/emails as soon as he could, removed rear seats for luggage storage at no cost, answered all my detailed questions easily. We flew into LaGuardia, called him from luggage pick up and he drove up; inspected (great) vans, signed papers, drove off on our adventure. I never give 5 stars, but after what I went through personally with them, I've got too. 1-I have rented vans for some time and with quite a few companies(whomever with the best deal that week) no one has ever offered a complimentary ride to the subway. 2- Left my 300usd Carrera's sunglasses(the sentimental value is priceless)in the van when I dropped it. Called back few days later, they had it waiting for me shiny as new. After searching high and low for a van rental company with reasonable rates and great customer service in NYC, I finally came across VTI Van Rentals. I needed a 12-15 passenger vehicle for a film shoot taking place in New Hampshire. When I was given the rate for 4 days and the generous milage I was pleasantly surprised. We dealt personally with the owner and he made sure that we were happy and satisfied with everything. The Van was in great condition, practically brand new. Recently rented a 15 passenger van from VTI and it was a pleasure doing business with them. They worked with me with getting the van dropped off at LGA airport so I could pick up my family of 15 and then picking up at hotel where my family was staying at on their last day.
