    Monte Cristo

Very good. Service was wonderful and the prices were good. I had the monte cristo but it's wasn't fried. It was like a thick almost French toast and it was excellent. My husband had the trout and it was a great size portion and well cooked.

We stopped by on the way back from a road trip from Nashville. They definitely have better food over there but we decided to come here. Their sandwiches were pretty alright. Their patty melt however was not to my liking. It's literally like a hamburger with different bread and no toppings. Wouldn't get it again. The reuben on the other hand was pretty good.

Tried Rojas on the recommendation of a local and man am I glad I did. Had the Fried Chicken Livers (cooked soft), Mac and Cheese, Okra, Corn Nuggets, Pinto Beans, and corn bread. This was the best meat and three I've had in years! I would highly recommend it, I'll even take the drive from Nashville to do it again.

This is an amazing "meat and 3", down home diner. I had chicken livers, fried okra, and skillet potatoes. All amazing. The friendliest service you could imagine!

Superb rainbow trout and pork chop! And the creamed corn was out of this world - thick and creamy with the added surprise of bacon! Great service, too!

It's a country, quaint, kinda like Grandma's kinda place. The staff are sweet as sugar, the food is delicious, and the price is right!

We loved the historic picture frames about the walls. We each ordered an omelette with sides. Food was prompt and delicious. Our server, Elizabeth, was attentive and friendly. We highly recommend and will return.

First off it's a nice place, decor wise, the waitress was nice, responsible and checked on me regularly. When I walked in there is a bar area but apparently no alcohol, no worries, Ordered the chicken parm with pasta and a salad. The woman delivering salad was not as friendly as the waitress, having a bad day maybe? I barely ate half of the salad and the main was delivered by the same grumpy woman. The chicken was ok, pasta was ok although I prefer a thinner spaghetti. The Sauce is best described as eating tomato paste from a can, it was that thick and lacking enough spices e.g. Basel, Garlic and Salt plus olive oil. As you can tell from the photo the dish could have received more heat to melt the cheese. The dish included garlic bread unfortunately it was soggy and really wasn't toasted well. I would say the salad was the best part of the meal which I enjoyed eating in between bites of the main. Opportunity for improvement for sure.

First they tried to charge us over $16 for the order. When we questioned it, they adjusted it to $14.22. They charged $2.99 for a meat patty for out dog. Most fast food restaurants charge between $1 and $1.50. Possibly the people working at the time didn't know what to charge. I don't know what price adjustment they did, but I wouldn't be surprised if they originally charged even more for the dog's patty.

Be that there wasn't anything else to choose from in between exits on this long stretch of highway I figured it was best to fill up on fuel and food before the gas tank and my stomach hit E and we were left without options again for the next 300 miles. Mistakenly took advice from a local at a rest stop to "take this shortcut" to avoid Nashville rush hour traffic. Didn't know we would be on a wild goose chase to find civilization again!! LOL Anyways, I was excited to see spicy chicken nuggets on the menu, since for a time those were temporarily removed. I ordered those, along with one of their new lemonade flavors and my usual spicy chicken sandwich. The food came quick and to my surprise was actually HOT! So hot I had to let it cool before my next bite. From my experience, sandwiches at fast food chains often taste like they've been sitting under a warming lamp all day and the bun has the appearance of being more than a day old. Not this establishment!! Everything was fresh as it should be considering Wendy's motto is literally fresh, never frozen and quality is our recipe. Great job guys! Also the medium size lemonade is a great deal, so big it could easily be mistaken for a large. Staff was super nice as well and bathroom was clean!
