I came in to Rohrich Lexus for the first time on March 23, 2026 to look at a used Audi SUV. The car appeared to be in good shape but had an engine knock when it first started but quickly went away after about a minute of running. I put a $500 cash deposit on the vehicle but asked them to have a mechanic look at the engine knock as well as pulsating brakes. If they took car of those two things I would buy the car. The salesman, Rudy, who was very nice called me a couple days later and said they would no longer be selling the car and it would go to auction as it didn't meet their standards for sale. I found that to be a little odd as they told me the car had been on their lot for about 40 days. But OK that's fine and I asked for my deposit back. Rudy said he would arrange to have a check sent to me for the full amount of the deposit. So I wait about a week, no check. I called Rudy and he said he instructed Betty in their Business department to have the check sent to me. I waited another week, no check, no phone call from Rohrich. I then called Betty and she said that she gave instructions to someone in accounting to send me the check. She said she would look into it and get back to me. I wait another week, no check no return phone call. I finally called their General Sales Manager and left a message for him to call me back. Two days later still no phone call. So now it's been 3 weeks and no check. I have been in B2B sales for over 30 years starting as a sales rep and working my way up to Commercial Director for North and South America at a multibillion $ global company. I know what good customer service is and it definitely is not what Rohrich Lexus is about. I realize some businesses have check runs only on certain times of the month but nobody said anything to me that was the reason for the delay. I have no problem with Rudy as he did what I asked him to and followed up directly with me. But for the rest of the people I was in touch with, they really need to get trained about taking care of their customers. I cannot and will not recommend Rohrich Lexus to anyone. When one walks into the new Rohrich Lexus in McMurray it is like a palace. Seriously, a Milkshake Bar?!? Really necessary? Sadly, all the bells and whistles do not equate to quality service or professional competence. Those working there seem to enjoy their new fancy digs, and sit and chat amongst themselves instead of taking care of customers. While I was there trying to purchase a particular year and model that they had advertise, they couldn't even find the cars. I ended up buying a Lexus RX350 from a dealership really too far from my home. When I called Rohrich to get some technical help I left a detailed message and was completely GHOSTED! Still haven't gotten a callback 2 weeks later! I would not buy a car or use their service ever. Don't get involved. read more

Hello, Brian Clark here again. Another week has gone buy with no response from Rohrich Lexus. My leased 2023 Lexus ES 350 has been vibrating, shaking and wobbling since before my 6,000 mile service. I have had it in to Rohrich Lexus service 6 or 7 times and they can't fix it. At 6,000 all 4 tires were replaced- I had to pay half- $862 for this! It now has 24,000 miles and I hate to even get in it. I have 20 months left on my lease and I can't wait to turn it in. I wonder how the next owner will like this car. I have been a Lexus owner since 1999. You would think that Lexus would care just a little about a 25 year customer. Still no help from Rohrich Lexus. I am 19 months into my 36 month lease and it feels like a nightmare that will not end. My car has been shaking and vibrating since before my 6,000 mile service and Lexus can't or won't fix it. I have taken my car in 6 times and they say they can't find the problem, even though my sales rep, Rudy, acknowledged that he felt it while driving. I can't wait for this to end. I bought my first real car!! Shoutout to Keenan at Rohrich Lexus for being such a great salesperson! I was honestly nervous about going to a car dealership because I didn't want to get taken advantage of and end up spending more money than expected. I had been looking at Carvana, but after stalking this Acura on their website, it seemed to be the best price for what I was looking for. The red interior is what sold me! My cousin's family recommended this dealership to me because they worked with a previous salesperson there. I was hesitant because of the reviews, but most of the negative reviews seemed to be about getting work done on their Lexus, not for purchasing a used car. I decided to schedule an appointment to see (and hopefully purchase) the car. I called on Friday and set up an appointment with Keenan. He was very courteous on the phone and told me he would have coffee waiting for me and my guest. We arrived on time to the Lexus dealership Saturday and met with Keenan right away. He was waiting for the car to be cleaned and pulled around for us, but the worker that was supposed to do that didn't get around to it. I talked with Keenan about my expectations and then took it for a test drive. Once I knew it was meant to be, I submitted the credit check. Keenan gave us cookies and water while we waited. I loved that he wasn't pushy at all and answered all of my crazy questions. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and it was a laid back atmosphere. I imagined buying a car to be so terrible and scary, but this was a great experience. We will definitely contact Keenan when someone in my family needs to buy a new car. I really recommend buying a used car here because even though it could be a different brand (like my Acura), you still get all the perks of it being from the Lexus dealership. For example, if you call ahead (1 month) before your oil needs to be changed, they will schedule to bring a Lexus to your house for you to drive while they take care of your car. That is awesome! I will follow up with another review after I get it inspected next year. I am so happy with my purchase!! I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new car. Never again! After being contacted by the previous general manager Carlos asking how they could improve their customer service experience I truly had high hopes that Rohrich Lexus had finally gotten their act together, but boy was I wrong! Suddenly out of the blue my Lexus IS250's speedometer cluster completely stopped working. I made an appointment, requested a loaner, dropped my car off and went on my way to work. Later that day I was contacted by the service department and then told that it was a loose wire and it would cost to $700 to fix it! I was pissed, but it needed to be fixed. I paid and thought that, that was the end of it. Fast forward a little over a year later and guess what? My speedometer cluster stopped working again! I called the service department again and made an appointment and asked about it happening again and was told that the work was only guaranteed for 1 year! Now I am beyond pissed! If they thought I was about to pay another $700 to "fix" it again then they are sadly mistaken! Time to upgrade to something else! read more

Today, I took my ES350 into this dealership because my Oil Maintenance Required dash light had come on. Normally, I would go to Lexus of North Hills because they are much more competent and attentive to detail. I went hear because it is much close to home, 6 miles vs. 18 miles. When I arrived at this dealership and met with the service consultant, I commented on how they had a bad reputation and I generally go to North Hills because they are more customer focused. The response to me was that he had heard the opposite. I requested a loner vehicle because they could not guarantee how long I would have to wait for the oil change service. They told me they would call me when the car was ready. I left in the loaner car only to find out about 3 miles down the road that it had no gasoline. The low fuel light came on and I had a range of 30 miles remaining. This was at 9:30AM. I had some errands to run and around 3:30PM, I called the service department to find out if my car was ready because I was nearby. After sitting on hold for 5 minutes I was told it was ready. When I met with the service consultant to settle my bill and get my keys, I said, "This is what I talking about". You gave me a car with no gas, you did not call me when my car was ready. You put me on hold for 5 minutes when I called. This never happens at Lexus of North Hills. Just sayin. read more

Having recently lost my father, I received his older vehicle, a Lexus that ran roughly and needed some work. I looked up the nearest Lexus dealer (Rohrich), and made an appointment for assessment. After leaving the vehicle for about a week, they were noticeably silent with communication. I called several times without much success, and eventually decided to just stop in and see what was up directly. Their response was basically a big shoulder shrug. The repair consultant read over the mechanic's notes as I sat in his office, and suggested a $5000 transmission replacement that he could not guarantee would actually fix the problem. "These older models are difficult to figure out." Really? I thought that Lexus' big sell was the brand's longevity? I suppose that despite being a certified LEXUS dealer/repair center, and extracting LEXUS error codes specifically with LEXUS diagnosis equipment, the best these guys can do is "guess" on a repair bill that was right around the car's full value. Perhaps I've been wrong in thinking that when a customer takes a "Brand X" vehicle in for service at a "Brand X" dealership, they can at least diagnose the problem out of general familiarity with years of dealing with "Brand X". Either that's not the case at Rohrich, or (as I felt was more likely) they just didn't want to mess with a old vehicle that wasn't purchased there. Sorry, but when the repair "consultant" suggests a trade-in on a new vehicle, it becomes obvious he's turning my repair situation into a sales pitch. I'm really not that gullible. I realize that this place of business didn't manufacture and/or sell my father this vehicle, but Rohrich showed little interest in helping to keep one of their brands on the road. read more

Brought my car in for an oil change. As my car ages my oil consumption increases. Recommendation is to do a flush of old oil deposits. My appt was 10:30am. I had a loaner. My car was ready 5 hours later. Way longer than expected. I will say they were professional and apologetic. read more

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR KEY TO BE PLACED ON YOUR WINDSHIELD FOR HOURS AFTER CLOSING FOR ANYONE TO STEAL YOUR CAR! I dropped my car off for the free oil change you receive when you purchase a car at Lexus. I specifically wrote on the drop off envelope the instructions for the vehicle. It said please when finished place key under floor mat and lock keys inside as I will not be able to make it back until after closing. I received a call at 11 telling me my car wouldn't pass state inspection because of my windshield. I told the man my car wasn't in there for inspection it was in there for the free oil change. He then proceeded to ask me when i was going to pick my car up because they close at 5. I asked him if he read the drop off envelope? He said yes. I explained if he read it he would know when I was picking up as I wrote detailed instructions on it and explained i wasn't coming until after 5. He again asked me when I will get my keys. This man I believe his name was Guy.... Thats what the paperwork says, Obviously has no care for customers as It wasn't even important enough for him to read what the customer wanted on the drop off envelope. So because he was mad at me he chose to "teach" me a lesson and have my car keys placed on my windshield for anyone on west liberty to not only steal my car but have all of my info so they could go to my house and get in my house as well! I work in a shop and thats an automatic termination! You don't put someones car keys outside of there vehicle! He was mad because i called him out on lying about reading the envelope twice and probably didn't want to do any free services because he's not getting any commission on them! Im fuming and will be up to see the manager this week! Does Lexus leave the keys to their building outside for anyone to just walk in and take what they want? I don't think so. Why leave a customers keys outside of their vehicle? Just carelessness, no respect for their customer and just plain ignorant and unprofessional! read more

Not a big fan of their Lexus "plus program". I think the plus might be for the added advantage for Rohrich when negotiating a trade-in. Rohrich lists their used cars at a "excellent" blue book price and then adds additional premium charges to make their model an even higher (more excellent?) price In addition when you offer to trade in a used vehicle, they might originally offer a fair blue book value,then deduct their calculated costs it takes to make it excellent blue book value. Wasn't that fair value already considered vs excellent? Some might like their "no haggle" transaction but I find their sales strategy arrogant and offensive. Typically in a car sale, both seller and buyer engage in a process of negotiation to consummate the exchange of values. In Rohrich's case... it's totally dictated. read more

Went to this place 3 times for alignment. The engineer kept saying it was the tires. I spent 1000+ bucks to change the tires. Still the same problem. They could not fix it even after that. I requested different engineer and they would not give me another engineer. After many wasted days, i went to another place. Another place fixed it like a charm. Also, that engineer did not even reset the engine light correctly. Such incompetence. Avoid at all cost. Awful awful experience. Let's say a post apocalyptic disaster strikes and everywhere else is closed and my car broke. It's the only mode of survival. Despite my scathing review from a couple of years ago, I decided to give Rohrich another shot. We were in the market for an RX now (seems the CT marketing strategy worked on us), and Rohrich is a lot closer to our house than Lexus of North Hills. I submitted an online quote request for a specific RX model that showed up in their inventory. I received the typical system-generated emails that explained how wonderful the dealership was and provided me with quotes on used cars I had no interest in. Other dealerships typically have a salesperson send out another email about an hour after this introducing themselves, providing a quote, and then asking if I'd like to come in for a test drive. I still haven't received that introduction or quote from Rohrich (it's been a week). I'm guessing they are either holding my original review against me (totally understandable), or are just incompetent when it comes to dealing with the online side of things. I walked in this morning 5 minutes after the doors open, first one in the building, to test drive and possibly purchase a used vehicle. took a couple minutes for the sales rep came to me and we sat down his desk and started talking, he grabbed the keys to go take a test drive and we stood up and noticed that there was another sales rep out there with someone who's getting in the car to test drive. I asked him how that was possible since I was the first one in the door, he said he check with his manager who said I still have the opportunity to buy it because I was the first one in the door. The guy who got to test drive it first came back so we went on a test drive thinking I still had an opportunity to buy this car, as soon as I got back the other sales rep said he sold the car before we got back. My salesman got the manager came and apologized and said this never happens to people at one time, seems unlikely in the car industry, he also explain me that it's the first person who writes up the deal not the first person who walks through the door. This is after he was already told that I had a chance since I was the first one through the door. Seems like the other salesmen saw that we were looking at the same car and tried his hardest to get it sold first so he can make a commission, didn't seem like any ethics involved especially after manager said yes I had a chance and then said nope to bad. read more

I hate getting my car worked on. Usually, I can't afford the time, and more importantly, I hate to part with my hard-earned money. Over the past few months, I've have had to get some minor work done on my RX. I scheduled my appointments for early in the morning so I could get out as soon as possible. The first repair was going to take a few hours, so I asked for a loaner car. I arrived early in the morning to drop off my car, and one of the service assistants provided me with a new IS 250 for the day. By the time I got back to the dealership to pick up my car, the techs had fixed my issue, and washed my car. Today I had to have a small electrical problem fixed. I was at Rohrich by 9:30. I walked into the service manager's office, handed him my keys, and he immediately gave my car to the mechanics so they could get started. I spent an hour in the lounge area watching TV, drinking fresh coffee, and enjoying biscotti! The receptionist let me know the work was complete, and once again, my car was washed and ready to go- no charge! I've had nothing but great (if not exceptional) service at Rohrich Lexus. When I'm ready to another vehicle I will surely give them my business. read more

Purchased a lexus es350 from the certified used lexus program. Vehicle was not cleaned before delivery. The car had one burnt out headlight and didn't realize until that evening. There are issues with the electronic devices in the car. I was directed to return to the dealer for additional repairs to the front and rear bumper. Also repairs to the wheels. Unfortunately this vehicle was not ready for sale but was sold to me anyway. read more

My husband and I visited Rorich recently to check out the SUV selection. The receptionist sent us over to Brooke. She was so kind and happy, right off the bat. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about every car we were interested in. She was certainly well trained and you could tell how passionate she is about her job, we were impressed. She was very personable and a joy to work with. We did not decide to purchase a Lexus just yet, but we will be back when we see something we love! The establishment is well set up, clean, and we loved the complimentary macaroons and biscottis! We bought our RX 350 from the West Liberty Avenue dealership--loved the car and the salesperson sold us on the great service you would get for your car. That was a con job and a half. "We will pick up the car and service it, no problem." (Small print: If you book 2-3 months in advance). "We have short wait times for snow tire changes." (Small print: If you think 5 hours is a short amount of time to wait for a tire change, sure. I learned that having an appointment doesn't mean that you won't be "fit in" whenever they can see you). "We are responsive to customer needs." (Really, you have never showed one bit of concern when I complained about service in person, over the phone, or in writing). I still love my car, but when it is out of warranty, I will find another place to take it that actually respects me and doesn't act like they are doing me a favor for taking my money. read more

Bait and switch and very poor customer service. After the deal was closed, the until they called us about 5 days later. They said that we owed a significant more amount of money on our previous vehicle and that they had the incorrect amount. We never would have made the deal with them had they provided correct information. Rather than pay this additional money that they now wanted, we brought the car back. How they offered to work with us was unacceptable and they should be embarrassed by what they suggested. What a rip off this place is. I was recently in for service last Friday, 5/31. I went to the Dealership because my vehicle had a Check Engine light and was running rough. I was informed that my vehicle had needed a Rear Ignition Coil and that the repair would be $527 + tax, which I thought was a bit pricey, but its a Lexus, everything is a bit pricey, and the vehicle needed fixed. On Monday, I decided to call Lexus of North Hills and told them that "my mechanic" had pulled an engine code and had told me I needed a Rear Ignition Coil. I asked how much it would cost for them install the Rear Ignition Coil? They said they would have to check to make sure the diagnoses was correct, and if so, it would be $335 + tax parts and labor. I have a $190 difference from Lexus of North Hills for the SAME EXACT JOB. Why is there such a big difference? Why is it $190 more at Rohrich Lexus? I have made several attempts to get ahold of the service advisor this week to ask why such a big difference only to be told he was not available each time. I even tried to contact the service manager and got the same excuse, he's not available. I will never return to Rohrich Lexus again. If that's their version of "The Lexus Experience", I suggest going elsewhere so you don't get taken advantage of. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service, especially in the financing/title department. The guy was very demeaning to his coworker and me as I'm signing for a $35,000 car. I also had strict deadlines on when I needed the car registered due to traveling for work. Told them 2 weeks I would be leaving, it's now over 4 with no proper registration. Upon being blown off by the dealership, I contacted the person who handles their titles. She informed me that they had all the paperwork that was needed. Think Twice! I used to be a good customer of these guys but the dealer has gone south. I wouldn't buy a car from these guys again. Like Tim said, the sales staff is awful and they use sleazy car sales tricks. They will try to take every penny from you and create a win/lose type of relationship. Given the huge recalls that Lexus has encountered, they have lost there touch in many areas and many other manufacturers have bypassed the brand. If you are going Lexus, look at the surrounding dealers A Lexus dealer I have worked with in the past is Metro. It is not too far (in Cleveland) and they are good. It is a high volume dealership for sure. However, I think that the other brands have Lexus beat. read more

Went in to get my car serviced...save your time and never go there. I was told it would take 2 hrs and the work took over 3 hrs. Nothing additional was performed...just slow service. More importantly I was treated terribly. The service tech had no customer service skills and was rude and not knowledgeable throughout the process. The day after I took my vehicle to Rohrich a light came on in my car due to not having enough air in the tires. I expect the service department to check the pressure in my tires during a 3 hours oil change appointment. DONT GO THERE FOR SERVICE read more

Terrible: Worst service ever! I brought my car to Rohrich for a 90k service. They spilled oil on my engine, put the new wiper blades on incorrectly and when they had the engine cover off of my car they lost the little Lexus symbol from the car! It was also over $40 more then the price I was quoted on the phone! I called to complain and they told me they would not "accept responsibility" because it was my first time there! What a joke- I recommend to go anywhere else at all. It was the worst service experience i have ever had with my car. read more

I am new to the area and when my 400h suddenly had a ton of water on the floor of the front seat area, I made an appointment at Rorich Lexus. I was getting concerned when I hadn't heard from them by mid-afternoon, but they finally called to say the problem had been identified (debris in a drainage system) and addressed. And I was totally shocked when they told me there would be no charge for the repair. I picked up my car and they had apparently shop-vac'd the water our of the carpet and everything looked good. purchased a 'certified' 2017 lexus is300 f-sport in aug 2021. had a bad feeling from the start, the sales rep, chris fox, who threw a lousy sales pitch, tried way too hard. when i picked up the vehicle, they did not buff out all scratches (verbally promised), which were minor but they had the car in body shop for over a week. chris did not want to take care of everything. finance dept/sales mgr - derek richardson & paul skrok short paid the remainder of the loan, b/c they took weeks to send payment to prior credit union. skrok tried to play hard ball w/ trade value negotation. richardson failed to provide with pink slip registration to show proof of ownership. overall poor customer service from the general manger, xenakes - refused to take calls. when i spoke to their car title dept, the woman was rude and blamed problems on the state, contacted pa dmv and rohrich had erroneousy listed the lexus car as a truck & junk title. she then blamed me for her mistake, for me trying to sell a car, which i own b/c she failed to timely send the paperwork to the state. the only person i had a positive exp w/ was keenan delien, sales, after chris dropped the ball. keenan met me at a location halfway to personally hand the pink sheet registration & cancellation of extended coverage. if the gm had taken my call this may have been a better experience. i sold the lexus for a ford. go with your gut, i would choose cadillac, ford or gm over rohrich lexus - remember you buy the dealership - they all sell cars read more
