He was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. The service team assessed the tire and patched it in about 35 minutes, which was much faster than I expected. I was especially happy to learn that I didn't need to purchase new tires. The level of customer service I received was outstanding, and everyone made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Thank you to Anthony and the service team for the prompt, honest, and efficient service. I look forward to returning for future maintenance and highly recommend #1 Cochran Honda to anyone looking for exceptional customer care.

I went to Subaru of South Hills and met Steve Wine. I told him exactly what I needed and in 10 minutes, he had pulled down the perfect car. Ten minutes. The entire deal was completed in just under two hours. I loved the fact that the price was the price and there was really no negotiation needed. It was such a good experience, when I needed a new car today, I went back to Subaru. I didn't go to Nissan, I went back to South Hills. This time, I knew exactly what I wanted (Forester Wilderness) and I knew which model I wanted. I worked with Steve Wine again, because he was just that good. Once again, the entire process was easy and thoroughly enjoyable. He is honest about the cars and if you tell him exactly what you need, you will find the right car for you. HIs knowledge of his inventory and what each car does is extensive. This trip took a bit longer, but I was purchasing differently than the first time. It was still one of the best car buying experiences I've had. The car I chose needed to be detailed and it was ready by the time I was done making the purchase. The service staff seemed very nice and they were very, very busy this morning. If I buy another car, it will be from Steve, at this dealership!

AVOID THIS POS DEALERSHIP…read more Don't buy from this horrible dealership, they will lie to you to sell you on their vehicles. We were told that we would get free oil changes covered without the maintenance plan every 6 months etc, and the maintenance plan add ons scams were not required for the oil changes, then they want to turn around and say you didn't opt for out maintenance add on scams so you're cooked and have to pay for the oil changes out of pocket. Don't buy a vehicle from this garbage place, they also try hard to scam you on their pos maintenance adds so you can double your car payment. Joe told us that the oil changes were included even the 2nd guy that was in charge of selling customers on the plan was a liar as well as he also mentioned even if you didn't opt for these add ons oil changes were included for 3 years and every 6 months or 6k miles.

So we were already annoyed. The first day at kia we were immediately met by Doug. He was really nice and wasn't the one that did us dirty. We put 500 down on a used kia sportage. The car itself had a ton of dings and someone keyed the hell out of the navigation. He said they have a guy who will "buff it out." I'm like you can't buff that out. So we sat down and signed some paperwork to hold the car. We explicitly told him the most we will put down is 10k. Our credit is terrible and so we wanted to put a lot down. We did some research the next day and decided we wanted a new car instead. Found the kia niro. Oh my God. It's everything I wanted. We told him we wanted the 500 down transferred to the new car. I wanted a mid sized suv that would have a good amount of space in the driver's area and back seats. My SO wanted great gas mileage. We both got what we wanted. I was able to get my PA license but he wasn't because he didn't have his birth certificate. Since he was only the co signer we figured it would be okay. Doug showed us an estimate monthly rate with our new car and 20 percent apr. $620 a month. We were like okay. They said they need to detail the niro and we would have to wait til the next day which meant we had to get another day on the rental car. The manager (the tall bald guy) seemed super annoyed and actually did a "I'm so annoyed" sigh when we had a question. Felt like we were bugging him. So the day we were about to drive to get our car, finally! The finance guy called and I told him I got my Pa license but my SO didn't. Nobody cared the day before when we were with the manager and gave him my license to copy. He told us we both had to have PA licenses which was a complete lie. I'm sure not every co signer lives with the buyer! There was no law saying he had to have one. He has a valid az driver license. We were livid and I said fine, take him off! We hung up and drove angry to the dealership. We loved the car but were ready to go somewhere else. We get there and he told us we can do it with just me, the apr went down to 17.49 percent and we had to put down 15k! We never discussed putting that much down! The dude straight up lied and said we said we were going to! He said the bank wouldn't have given me the loan otherwise. I was like wtf. 10k isn't good enough?? It's a 33k car. They didn't even offer any discounts or try to make it right. I'm pretty sure we got screwed. They knew about our tight time schedule and took advantage of us. Plus the guy as nice as he was rushed me and wouldn't explain the papers he wanted me to just blindly sign. I tried to make sure I read each thing but he said someone else usually does this and I felt worried at that point. The atmosphere wasn't very welcoming, they didn't even seem to want to help us. Just rushed us like we didn't matter. And lied but they knew we couldn't leave. We love the car but the way they went about it was skeevy and mean. I liked Doug the salesman, he explained how things worked in the car. We haven't had a new car since 2006. We take our cars seriously . I kind of wish we found this car somewhere we could have felt more appreciated and not get lied to.. but the car is amazing! I guess they don't take pics of you with your new car anymore. I think the experience could have been way better.

I had a documented oil consumption issue with prior service at Kia Robinson, and I even followed the tow truck out myself to make sure they'd coordinate with them. They said they would. Instead, they diagnosed engine failure and told me it wouldn't be covered because I was just over 100,000 miles. No loaner, no help--just a $10,000 engine bill. When I asked why they didn't follow up with Robinson, the manager told me he "doubted" his employee ever said that and basically accused me of lying. Totally unprofessional and dismissive. They had no interest in helping or even being honest. Steer clear of this place. They'll leave you hanging the second things get serious.

What I wish I had know then was how little the dealership or "corporate" cares about their customers. This past January, I brought my car to my local Autobody (VW dealership is too far for me) for my yearly inspection. The Autobody called me immediately and told me that my brakes did not pass inspection. They found this odd since my car had less than 20k miles and was just 2 years old. They called the dealership for me to order new brakes and while on the phone, somehow it luckily came up in conversation and the VW employee told them that this specific model had an extended 2 year warranty BECAUSE OF THIS EXACT ISSUE WITH THE BRAKES! He informed my Autobody to have me schedule an appointment with the dealership ASAP in order for me to get this covered. I immediately called the dealership to schedule. A friendly woman answered. I explained the entire situation, gave my name, car model, etc, and I specifically asked "i want to confirm this is covered under the warranty before I bring it out there?" She answered "correct" and said "you're all set." I drove my car out to the dealership to drop it off. When I checked in, I again said "I just want to confirm that is covered under the extended warranty" because it still felt too good to be true. The employee said "yep. 2 years or 24k miles. Let me just make sure." He then gave me the insane news- "you missed the deadline by 2 days." I couldn't believe it. I said "what do you mean?" He said "you are 2 days over 2 years since you bought your car." I then asked "why was I never notified about the issue with the brakes? I would have brought my car in immediately." And his response was "we don't have to notify you, it wasn't a recall. It was just a warranty extension" to which I responded "because you knew the brakes were bad and had issues," and he responded "well yeah." 2 days passed my 2 year mark. Significantly under 24k miles and my brakes were shot. VW offered to do NOTHING. They showed no sympathy. They had incredibly poor communication, and perhaps the first two employees just didn't even listen or actually check my file to see if it would be covered before I took it out there. Three different employees giving three different responses with the wrong information. I wasted half of my afternoon driving out there for nothing, having to reschedule work meetings and coordinate a ride home, all for nothing. The manager then just continued to blame "corporate." He said if they fixed my brakes under the warranty two days late, they'd have to eat the cost. "Corporate" would not allow it. I'd assume if I was a family member or a friend, or perhaps someone who buys more expensive cars from them, maybe he'd think differently. He just continued to say it was "corporate" who was at fault and "corporate" who would never make an exception because of money. He reiterated the fact that they'd lose money if they helped me and that corporate would make them "eat the costs," so very clear that money is their main priority. Not their customers, not the quality of their product. I have never left a review for anything before. And I'm fully aware there are rules and that my car was indeed 2 days past qualifying for the warranty. My purpose in writing this is to let anyone considering buying a VW know that once you give them your money, they don't care about your safety or well being. The fact that they were aware of brake issues in this model, yet they didn't notify their customers??? The fact that 2 employees told me I was "good to go" and would be covered, and a third employee defended VW by saying "we don't have to notify you." And "well yeah" when I said "but VW was aware of faulty brakes," is really concerning to me. If I could do it again, I would look elsewhere. I would look for a dealership that is honest, and truly cares enough about their product's reputation and their customers safety.

They charge an outrageous amount for a hold on the ev charger off your card which is $50 but then the machine don't work the first 3 times and it still takes $50 kevery time you swipe that card oh and it won't be back on for 48hrs. This place is a ripoff, any other chargers take maybe $25 and they put it right back if it isn't that much to charge. They don't hold it for days and days. And to take a $50 hold every time it's swiped because the machine is messed up is just wrong. If it wasn't charging why did they take $150 and I get told oh it will take 24-48hrs to go back on and that's wrong because it took over a week last time this happened and the reason I haven't been back till now. This place sucks, I won't be using these ever again and I sure as heck wouldn't buy a car here if this is the kind of carp they pull with people just using the ev chargers. I guess I won't be buying food the next 24-48hrs because Washington ford is holding $150 of mine for a charge that cost $14. I will be calling the bank and seeing if this would be fraud charges because that is just insane. If you need an EV charger don't bother giving them a dime there is ones right up the road at Hyundai that don't even take a hold off your card let alone have it mess up so they can take $150 and keep it collecting interest for days and days and days.
