We ended up with a solution that fixed our issues long-term, without a complete line replacement, which would have been extremely expensive. Their crew was here for a couple of days, flagging traffic, excavating the hillside that our line ran under, and replacing pipe and excavated earth. They did an exceptional job, and the price was very reasonable for the amount of crew involved. I also appreciate that they documented everything with pictures and gave a detailed invoice so I could work with my insurance company. Highly recommended.

JTM came out to do the remediation and I am still so impressed with this company! They sat down with me to explain in detail what had to happen, how long it would likely take, explained best and worst case outcomes, reviewed costs with me and helped me understand the insurance processing. They even handled the insurance claim for me. Throughout the process, Jordan and Tamara, the owners, were timely and considerate, always understanding of my weird work schedule at the hospital (thank you soooo much for that!), tidy and neat with the materials that they had to remove from the property, and respectful and kind.
