Accordingly, I am focusing this review on this office, and what I have experience there, and not on everything this company has to offer. I have found this office is very poorly run and disorganized. There is no clarity about who to talk to for what generally, which is a problem because many of the people I have interacted with don't have answers to the questions about how things work. Frighteningly, it's people like the receptionists that seem to have the best sense of how to get things done. The first yelp review here is very reflective of my experience. It took a very long time to get things started. To be clear though, the disorganization continued well after that. For example, I waited three weeks to be added to a team; then when I showed up for the first meeting, it had been canceled with no notice to me or some of the other participants. The office space is OK, though it is a little low budget. Thus far, the technology has all worked well. I have found some value in the team and consultant meetings that I have had here, but I couldn't raid either very favorably, and have found both less organized than I would like. Final verdict is still out, since I have more time to work with them, but I think the online resources are more valuable than those in the office, and, imagine both are probably not a good value relative to buying A job search book.

She admitted that she did not look at the assignments that she assigned and that I completed and emailed to her prior to our calls. The final straw for me was when she missed a call and never contacted me to apologize or to reschedule. I'm continuing to use some of the online resources but I would not recommend this service.
