One vendor advises on one style and format, the other consultant advises against it. Good counter perspectives to hear, but ultimately your decision on what would work best to represent you and your skills to potential new positions. My assigned one-on-one coach talked more about herself rather than getting info from me. She admitted that she did not look at the assignments that she assigned and that I completed and emailed to her prior to our calls. The final straw for me was when she missed a call and never contacted me to apologize or to reschedule. I'm continuing to use some of the online resources but I would not recommend this service.
