If he found a better deal to save me money he definitely would put the option on the table so I could choose. He made sure everything was working and gave me a well put together package before I left and most important explained the contract and fine print that no one ever reads. If you encounter a problem, he takes time out of his schedule to actually help you fix it (no one does that anymore). The owner Glen, is a super chill guy, he practically lives here with his shop hours being so broad. This is his retirement hobby, from being a computer engineer, so he really seems to know a lot and is not pushy or trying to sell me more than I needed. I had dropped my all in one HP computer while it was running, onto my leg and it broke it inside. He said it would take 1-2 days to figured out if the problem was 1 of 2 things. Software reinstall was $89 plus tax(which ended up being my issue) or a hardware fix being south of $200. The shop sits right off of Yonge st just a walk north of Major Mackenzie, it's mainly street parking unless you park behind the plaza or the church. I drive by here often and have never noticed this place, but it's been here for years.

I visited this location last night to return something that was broken when I received it…read more 1st Impression: The store seemed clean but the employees working did not want to take responsibility to make the exchange. They all weren't sure what they were and weren't allowed to do. I even told them another store called earlier and put the item on hold for me and they still seemed unsure. After one of the employees called their manager, they seemed ready to make the exchange. The manager knew about the situation and it was really simple beyond that point. The employees found a replacement item for me and we opened it to make sure it wasn't broken. Then we switched the item really easily. I asked them if there was any paperwork we needed to complete and they said no. Final Opinion: The employees at the source don't have any power but the managers do. They are all unsure about exchanges but in the end it all worked out. Advice: If you need to make an exchange, call first to make sure a manager is there to authorize it. Otherwise you might have to come back another day.

All mostly because of the Black Friday sales but also because the sales agent that helped us was the most professional, friendly, and honest sales person I have meet in a while. I know that these sales people are on commission so they want to sell you products and extended warranties among other things. Our sales agent was Farshid, I recommend him highly! As soon as we came in, we were greeted and asked what we could be helped with. We were directed to the aisle we needed, and told to ask staff on the floor for any questions we had on the products. Sure enough, there were dozens of brands and models on the shelves. A floor staff came by and offered assistance. We asked what brands they personally preferred, and they gave their top 2 recommendations. We narrowed our choices, also noting that several models were on sale. In general, I've found their pricing highly competitive before as well. There were so many choices, it was a bit overwhelming to keep the features on them all straight. We easily located another staff passing by, and they answered questions about the models we had narrowed it down to. In total, we approached staff 3 times. They were honest and helpful. Even when we got to the checkouts, the staff asked whether we needed anything else, and mentioned a helpful tip about contacting the manufacturer to inquire about a replacement part for the previous headphones. (Turns out that the manufacturer could do that, and sent the replacement part in the mail free of charge.) We were carefully advised that they can't accept a return on the item if the box is opened, but not a problem with the receipt in the number of days specified otherwise. I also love that they're not in the mall and have ample parking in the plaza. I've never regretted shopping here, so I don't bother buying electronics anywhere else before coming here first.

Honestly the worst. Daughter and I both got phones at the same time. The contracts sounded the same…read moreand both contracts were through Bell. She went to Tbooth and I was 15 steps away at the Bell store. Fast forward two years later and our contracts are up. We were both told that as long as we bought the insurance our phones could be turned in and upgraded - even if there was damage. Both of our phones have cracked screens. I am able to upgrade no problem through Bell store. Tbooth no longer exists in our city so she came to Bell. They were going to upgrade for her but they noticed that the insurance Tbooth gave her was a third party insurance and cannot be upgraded without the phone being fixed first. READ THE FINE LINES of your contract. She now has to pay $400 to fix or $800 to buy out the phone!! If you are planning to go with Bell do not do it through Tbooth!!!
