Last fall, I worked with Shane on tearing out most of the landscaping around my home and developing a new plan with a refreshed look. Shane completed the tear-out work and I paid him accordingly. As the weather was getting colder, he expressed concerns about putting in new plants and he mentioned he was behind with his other customers. In an attempt to be fair and collaborative, I suggested we wait until the spring to begin the new work. Shane was very appreciative. Over the winter, Shane had to undergo surgery and decided he was no longer able to continue working in the landscaping business and resigned. This is where the problems began. Since early spring, I have repeatedly called, emailed and texted the management at Dillman and have never received a single response from anyone. I understand that the business may have been short-staffed and was willing to compromise once again on the timing of my job. But I got NO response of any kind from this company. I have never experienced such poor customer service. A complete lack of courtesy, respect and communication, despite the fact that I could not have been more accommodating to them. This was totally unprofessional. I would never ever use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
