Get all the paperwork printed out and they do their thing, we also agree to the mobile protection plan that we were told was supposed to be free for the first 3 months, turns out that was wrong. That promotion had ended a while before we were there and were charged for the plan the whole time, we only got it because they were offering store credit with the plan and we could cancel it before the three months was up. After we left the store, it took a month before the phone number was able to get switched over, which took a 3 hour phone call with Rogers to get sorted out because the employee's at wireless wave ported the number to Bell instead of to the new account! Clearly there's some major training that needs to happen at this store.

On my wife's phone, exactly same phone, the screen was replaced by a Samsung authorized repair company and it has no issues with bubbles after 2 years. Cellrox told me that normally screen protector does come with screen protector, which not true. Samsung authorized repair place told me that it comes with factory installed screen protector and told me that the bubbles happens because of incorrect installation.

The problem is that I have been into Mobile Zone three times for help with issues with the phone. First time they told me the phone is basic and I need to upgrade? Our son fixed it for us. Second time they said I should go along to London Drugs as they are the agents?. The guy at LD fixed it with a smile for free. Third time this week we were having trouble charging so I went in for a new battery and was told this is an old phone batteries not available and I can get a new one for$150. My wife uses this maybe 4 times per month as it's her emergency phone for when she is out alone and it's not an old phone. I went over to another phone shop and got the phone fixed no problem.
