Do not get your phone repaired here! We went to this store for a screen replacement and were…read moreassured that the fingerprint sensor and camera would work normally. We immediately noticed issues with the camera was off and the fingerprint sensor would not function. When we brought the phone to another repair shop we learned that a cheap knock off screen was used, with a non-functional sensor. The technician at Mobile Care also forgot to remove a film from the inside of the screen, so all photos are blurred. We tried for 6 months to get the issue addressed or to get a refund and they assured us this was their error that they would fix but they dragged the process out, each time telling us to come back later however every time we came back there was no technician present. We eventually insisted on a refund, which they refused. We've reported them to the Better Business Bureau out of principle because it's a blatant scam and waste of time. Save yourself the headache and go to a certified repair store.

I came here yesterday to enquire…read moreabout exchanging my Tv to a bigger one and encountered a good guy named Josh at a the TV sales section. The tv that I was looking for was out of stock and the price had gone up from the time I had selected it in another outlet. He was kind enough to offer a decent discount to meet halfway of the previous discount. The next day which is today when I walked into bestbuy I unfortunately met with Josh manager who gave me a higher price (although yesterday he was the one who had approved this price to Josh) and when I explained my yesterday's conversation with Josh to his manager he said he can honor the price promised only if I go for a 4 yr protection plan which will cost another 479$ extra. This is so unethical and not customer centric. I mean his executive Josh was able to do a better job than Joy in handling my issue. He did not even allow us to return our tv in this center as it was purchased on financing option from Surrey outlet. We are told any Best Buy can take returns or exchange but the reality seems different. Very disappointing.
