We immediately noticed issues with the camera was off and the fingerprint sensor would not function. When we brought the phone to another repair shop we learned that a cheap knock off screen was used, with a non-functional sensor. The technician at Mobile Care also forgot to remove a film from the inside of the screen, so all photos are blurred. We tried for 6 months to get the issue addressed or to get a refund and they assured us this was their error that they would fix but they dragged the process out, each time telling us to come back later however every time we came back there was no technician present. We eventually insisted on a refund, which they refused. We've reported them to the Better Business Bureau out of principle because it's a blatant scam and waste of time. Save yourself the headache and go to a certified repair store.

The person at the Rogers store in Coquitlam Centre would not let me phone AT&T. They said the phone was reserved for customers. There was no customers in the store and the employees were standing around doing nothing. Don't go to this store they are rude and not helpful. They deserve a 0 rating. It was a very bad day for me after loosing my phone or having my phone stolen, but they didn't care. That business has the worst human beings working there. They don't care about their customers.
