It was never explained that everything wasn't paid in full when they came out and did the work and were now asking for $800 more. It wasn't so much that they were asking for more money (which once it was broken down, it made sense), it was their attitude and how quick they were to sending to me collections. They claimed they phoned me but I never received any calls. I told them I didn't believe I owed more money and then one day I received a notice of cancellations. It also was sent with a notice to reply by a specific date that already passed so essentially they sent me a notice to pay by a date that had already passed. I liked them at first, but wouldn't wish this company on anyone now. Side note. The crew that came out and did the work were great guys! Office admin TERRIBLE. Buyer Beware.
