I can't recommend Sparrow Plumbing and Valentino highly enough. They've been a lifesaver and saved…read moreme hundreds of dollars. The first job Valentino handled for me was repairing a leaking shower temperature regulator after another plumbing company had already made three separate visits and still failed to fix the issue. Valentino quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it correctly on the first visit, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was adjusted and working perfectly before he left. Since then, Sparrow Plumbing has been my first call for any plumbing need. They've handled everything from installing plumbing for a new washer and dryer to repairing my home's main water line. Recently, I discovered my home had excessively high water pressure. Sparrow Plumbing came out quickly, installed a new pressure-reducing valve (PRV), adjusted the pressure to a safe 70 PSI, and even replaced my main water shutoff ball valve at no additional charge. It's that kind of service that keeps me coming back. Every experience has been the same: honest advice, fair pricing, prompt service, and exceptional workmanship. It's rare to find a contractor who consistently delivers this level of quality and professionalism. The only thing I wish is that Sparrow Plumbing offered more home services, because I would gladly hire them for those too. Their plumbing work is absolutely top-notch, and I recommend them without hesitation.

Offers options that are affordable and quality. Even fixed a faucet with smashed threads free of charge. Val is our go-to plumber from here on in! Don't fall for the expensive "big guys" when there is an independent, local plumber doing the job at fair prices with exceptional service.

We did some research online to determine which brands we wanted to target. A visit to the store allowed us to see the actual appliance or something close to it. Tanya let us know that if we lock in and watch the pricing, if a lower price is tagged we simply call her and she will give us the lower price. We did do this during the Labor Day sale and got several hundred dollars off our total. Our appliances were delivered without issue. We do have a panel of our oven that has a broken clip and it's in process of being replaced. We also were able to take advantage of the Dakota County energy saving rebate which I will see on my next bill. Good experience overall.

Just an update. I finally heard back from Julie W. after a few weeks and me reaching out to her…read moreagain for an update . Basically, she "looked into it" and there is nothing that she can do. No refund, no nothing. She tells me- I need to work with Maytag- which I have and work with Warner's Stellian repair department- which I have. She apologized for the frustrating situation. Frustrating? Yeah, I would say more than frustrating. This is the WORST experience buying appliances/customer experience. They do not care. They have my thousands of dollars for the appliances and have washed their hands of it. I wish I would've read the yelp reviews before buying from them. We bought 3 major appliances from here years ago and had no issues. Warner's has gone downhill. I think the intent of the replies on yelp from the business owner, is to make it look like they care and are going to help, but they don't. I had to give 1 star in order to post the review. Otherwise, it would be zero or below the bar.

Randy's Electric and Plumbing did an outstanding job installing my Tesla charger in my new garage…read more The quality of the work was top notch, and everything was done cleanly and professionally. The team was easy to work with, showed up on time, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before wrapping up. If you need electrical work done right the first time, I highly recommend Randy's.

This is my second Yelp review for Randy's Electric because my first one mysteriously vanished. I…read moredon't know how or why, but based on everything I've experienced, I wouldn't be surprised if they try to bury negative feedback. Their Google reviews are almost perfect -- yet everyone I've talked to says the exact same thing: their real-life service does NOT match their ratings. Maybe some reviews are real, but certainly not all. Now for my experience, which was absolutely infuriating: Jeremy came to my home and quoted me $2,700 just to convert two lights into ceiling fans and replace one GFCI outlet. The prices they charged were beyond ridiculous: $300 for ONE GFCI $150 for a simple light switch $500 EACH for two fan brackets ($1,000 total) -- brackets that cost $23 retail That's not a markup. That is taking advantage of people. Their behavior was just as bad as their pricing. They show all prices on an iPad. When I was on the phone asking someone if this sounded normal, Jeremy literally snatched the iPad out of my hand the second I finished talking. He guarded that iPad like his life depended on it because he knew the pricing was outrageous. Completely disrespectful and incredibly unprofessional. I asked for an itemized invoice with real part numbers and real labor charges. Jeremy told me, "I'll email it to you." I still have nothing. The only invoice I received was written in vague "units" -- a convenient way to avoid transparency and hide price gouging. And the worst of all: They quoted me $19,000 -- yes, NINETEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS -- to upgrade my electrical panel from a split 60/120 amp setup to a standard 200 amp box. Other electricians quoted between $2,500-$4,500. Randy's Electric wasn't just high -- they were five to seven times the normal price. That is predatory and absolutely shameful. The owner even came out trying to justify the $500 brackets by saying they "add a yellow tag to every bracket." Later I learned that the yellow tag is just the manufacturer's tag that comes with the bracket. Nothing more. Another excuse. Another lie. Since this happened, I've talked to so many people -- and not a single person has had a positive experience with this company. Everyone says the same thing: overpriced, shady, rude, and preying on people who don't know electrical costs. Jeremy and the owner should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat people and for the way they conduct business. It is absolutely disgusting behavior. Randy's Electric preys on the unknowledgeable, the vulnerable, and the people who genuinely need help. Their lack of transparency, their predatory pricing, and their disrespect toward customers say everything you need to know. If this review stops even ONE person from being taken advantage of the way I was, then it's worth writing twice -- because Yelp deleted the first one. I will NEVER use Randy's Electric again, and I strongly warn anyone considering them: Run the other way. Do not let them take advantage of you the way they did to me.
