Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. Wallside had records that a previous owner had replaced all the windows in our house in 2005 and THEY WERE STILL UNDER WARRANTY! 35 year warranty! I was transferred to the warranty dept and scheduled an inspection date only 3 weeks later. After inspection, they ordered 11 window panes, 2 new window casings and some misc. hardware. A few weeks later, Steve came out and replaced everything in less than 2 hours. Steve was awesome!! I can't believe how much nicer our home looks without the broken window seals & being able to see clearly through the new glass. Any future windows we need for this home or homes in the future will be done by Wallside. I can't say enough about how thrilled we are with this company!! The whole thing cost us $0 !!!

We had five windows replaced. One of window is over a staircase on the west side of the home. It's…read morethe only window on that side of the home and we live on a cal-de-sac. It's not the direction in which we pass to see it. The windows were installed in October while my father-in-law was in Hospice. Admittedly, it was not our biggest priority to scrutinize the craftsmanship and quality of the install. In March, I discovered exposed wood, unprimed, I was not aware they installed. I looked at the install directions and it clearly says primed. I called and they were able to send somebody out April 9. The person they sent out, said he would note the problems, including one of the boards that clearly also should have been replaced and I would hear from someone within two at the latest three weeks. Today is May 7, and I had not heard from anyone from Wallside. I called and spoke with a customer representative who pulled up the order and said let me speak to a supervisor. She came back and indicated the primed was referencing the interior boards and not the exterior boards and the only place those if necessary. They were clearly in need of replacement when the order was placed. I noted if that were the case, at minimum, they should have noted they had to replace the boards on the outside and that they were not primed so we could've had someone address the matter before leaving the wood exposed the entire winter season. Her response was the sales person should have gone over this. She noted he wrote in one the contract the stops on the inside are primed, but may not match the existing interior, if available. There is nothing I can find specifically in the contract addressing the exterior boards. A reasonable person would assume a window company replacing windows would replace rotted around the window as it part of the structure integrity of the window and sill. The demeanor of the company representative was dismissive and defensive. The first time I called, I was told the supervisor was in a meeting and that they would have to get back to me. They did not, and I called the second time before they sent someone else to make the assessment. I would highly recommend that you consider looking at other companies before using Wallside Windows.

He did a quick and thorough quote and didn't push at all. Very well communicated throughout the project. The install team of Derek, Jason and Pat were super efficient and clean. I had high anxieties due to the size of windows and working in bedrooms but it was kept SO clean. Total of 17 windows (some were 3-piece sets) were replaced within 2 days. They laid plastic on the carpet and cleaned every room fully before moving on. Even 2 windows which were found to have serious framing damage within the wall from years of leak were repaired without concern. Interior and exterior trim work is 100% quality and they did so great matching to existing. We are so happy with our project, reassured to know our home is protected from leaks on these windows and we will be back for the second half of our home as phase 2.

Jake White came out the very next day and spent a good 2 1/2 hours performing a detailed inspection of my roof, even crawling in attic spaces that had not been seen since the house was build. After the inspection, Jake went over all of the details of my roof's condition and provided detailed recommendations. After answering all of my concerns and questions, he then provided an estimate, including any discounts, such as for being a senior citizen. After accepting the estimate, installation was scheduled, and the roof was installed within a week. Prior to the installation, Jake, being concerned with the house's venting, reached out to another contact and then later informed me that they would be providing additional venting, at no cost to me. The materials were delivered on the date and time promised and the installation team arrived the next day at the time promised, and the complete installation, including cleanup, was completed in one day. Jesse was the Project Manager and did a great job overseeing the project, including documenting every step of the process, including photos and providing the team with suggestions. Jesse also went above and beyond to help address one of the furnace pipes that was in bad condition and trimming some tree branches that I felt should be cut as they were scraping on the roof. Also, the team's supervisor, sorry I forgot his name, did a good job in directing the team, and the team of around 10 guys worked tirelessly throughout the day. I was completely satisfied with Tittle Brothers, their commitment to estimated times and cost, their salesman Jake White, their Project Manager Jesse, their installation team and their team supervisor, and the installation as a whole.
