I also asked for "hot sauce" for my dish. They brought out a spicier house salsa as the hot sauce...totally understandable and the salsa here is usually free. Apparently it's a 4$ "chipotle sauce" that the waiter did not inform me would be charged. I would've easily just said I want tapatio or no "hot sauce". I used maybe a teaspoon for 4$. I told the waiter this when we questioned the bill and he just shrugged. These may seem like small inconveniences but when they seem like they intentionally don't tell you the details and then when called out about it just kinda shrug it off, it was a disappointing end to an otherwise tasty dinner. We love it here and will certainly be back but it just sucks that I have to be extra cautious & skeptical when ordering from now on.

The juices permeate the shell quickly causing it to go soggy. The toppings would be great on the side. Unfortunately, the ordering app I used doesn't have a comment box to request it this way. I did try to move them off when I received it, but it was too late. 2. The potatoes are "gummy" or stodgy according to our friends from the UK. This happens when the potatoes have been cooked too long and results in an undesirable texture. Fluffy and creamy is the goal. 3. More salt, other seasonings, and other ingredients needed. You're getting potatoes boiled and mashed with a whisper of butter and sour cream in there. That's all. Salt brings out the natural flavor. Additional seasonings such smoked paprika, cumin, and garlic as fresh cilantro elevate the flavor. Also, cheese is a must in my book.
