They've been in business for years, and it shows--not just in their experience, but in how they treat people. I brought my car in expecting a major repair, and instead of upselling me, they walked me through what actually needed to be done and what didn't. That kind of honesty is hard to come by. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never pressured me, and made sure I understood my options. In a time where it feels like everything is about squeezing out more money, this shop stands out for doing the opposite--being fair, transparent, and genuinely looking out for their customers. If you want a mechanic you can trust long-term, not just for one visit, this is the place. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

While it is concerning to see all of these negative reviews - I certainly did not have any of these…read moreissues. I worked mostly with John and Victor. Initially, I had a slow leak patched for free on promotion, and I paid nothing that day. As the tires were old on the car, I figured I would get a quote from them as well. I shopped around, and their warranty and price was definitely the best I saw. It did take a while to get the new tires on, but nothing awful. When putting on the tires, Victor noticed that the seals on my front struts had worn, and that the hydraulic fluid leaked all over the chassis and brakes. He very clearly and professionally explained the issue to me, while the car was lifted, and showed me where the leaks were as well. He also pointed out a leak on the radiator. They certainly didn't coerce me to do the repairs there: They told me to go to the shop where I had the radiator done, as it was under warranty, and to a dealer for the struts. They did provide a quote for the brakes in case I wanted to do them there. Basically, they did the opposite of these reviews: They gave me clear information presented in a professional way and worked with me to find the best solution for myself (and my wallet). Overall, I was pleased with their service and communication, especially with those two staff members.

My sister took it in the next day and reminded them that she had to be out before 11 and the woman at the counter got a little irate with her. That is insane, I had to go to the Wawa and put air in my tires after paying an additional $50 for balancing (which needs to be refunded) and $40 for installation and to be honest they really don't look brand new to me. Initially, I came in for brake pads and an oil change. However, I received a call from Jeremy, who informed me that they had broken my brake sensor, which would delay my pickup. While frustrating, I thought, "Okay, things happen." Fast forward to the following week when I returned to pick up my car. Jeremy was nowhere to be found, and I was left dealing with a rude mystery man with no name tag. He claimed that my calipers had been replaced, which I knew was false. As we reviewed the receipt, I noticed I was being charged for the brake sensor that they broke. The mystery man insisted that I had to pay the full amount and promised to call me the next morning after he spoke to the service staff. Spoiler alert: no call came. When I reached out the next day, Jeremy refused to answer my questions, and Daniel acted as a middleman, spewing blatant lies. He claimed the sensor was never broken and that they had to "move numbers around" on my bill because of an alleged discount. To top it off, he had the audacity to say that the sensor was already broken when I brought the car in, despite Jeremy's earlier admission of their mistake. The brake light had been off prior to my visit, so Daniel's excuse made no sense. After refusing to talk to me directly, I was told, "Do whatever you want! Call corporate, it doesn't matter; our business is done, and your money is spent." This was said by Daniel, with Jeremy coaching him from the background. I paid over $1200 for subpar service and left feeling disrespected. As an active duty Air Force officer, I expected better treatment from a supposedly reputable establishment. I would not recommend this Meineke location to anyone.
