Very thorough, quick state inspections even for walk ins, courteous and thoughtful staff. Goes beyond for customers.

There was a problem with the wheel on my Tahoe and Jason said it could be a few things but he would need to do some work to see.

I went in to get an oil change only and they asked me all the questions and services I needed. And answered my questions beforehand. The workers were nice and friendly. It truly did take about 15-20 mins only and we sat in an air conditioned room which was nice considering it was 89 outside and humid. They were transparent about the charges before paying. I even asked about a coupon and they had one for me that qualified. Overall, not to sure about other services but at least I'd come back for an oil change again.

I swung by Jiffy Lube expecting the usual: a swift oil change at a decent price. And to be fair,…read morethey delivered on that front. But this visit felt like watching 'Mission: Impossible' only to realize mid-film that Tom Cruise had been swapped out for Nicolas Cage. Surprising? Yes. Confusing? Absolutely. Eventually, you just go with it, hoping for the best. The customer service this time around was... let's say, underwhelming. The staff barely acknowledged my presence, and the person assisting me spoke so softly I thought I was eavesdropping on a library whisper. It lacked the professionalism and enthusiasm I've experienced in previous visits. On the bright side, the oil change was completed, and my wallet didn't cry. But Jiffy Lube, if you're listening, a little more pep and acknowledgment wouldn't hurt. Because while I came for the oil change, I stayed (or rather, endured) for the service--or lack thereof

I recently visited Meineke for a simple service on my car, expecting professionalism and quality…read morecare. What I received was the worst customer service imaginable. Initially, I came in for brake pads and an oil change. However, I received a call from Jeremy, who informed me that they had broken my brake sensor, which would delay my pickup. While frustrating, I thought, "Okay, things happen." Fast forward to the following week when I returned to pick up my car. Jeremy was nowhere to be found, and I was left dealing with a rude mystery man with no name tag. He claimed that my calipers had been replaced, which I knew was false. As we reviewed the receipt, I noticed I was being charged for the brake sensor that they broke. The mystery man insisted that I had to pay the full amount and promised to call me the next morning after he spoke to the service staff. Spoiler alert: no call came. When I reached out the next day, Jeremy refused to answer my questions, and Daniel acted as a middleman, spewing blatant lies. He claimed the sensor was never broken and that they had to "move numbers around" on my bill because of an alleged discount. To top it off, he had the audacity to say that the sensor was already broken when I brought the car in, despite Jeremy's earlier admission of their mistake. The brake light had been off prior to my visit, so Daniel's excuse made no sense. After refusing to talk to me directly, I was told, "Do whatever you want! Call corporate, it doesn't matter; our business is done, and your money is spent." This was said by Daniel, with Jeremy coaching him from the background. I paid over $1200 for subpar service and left feeling disrespected. As an active duty Air Force officer, I expected better treatment from a supposedly reputable establishment. I would not recommend this Meineke location to anyone.
