However, after waiting five weeks past the original estimate, my car was returned with a crooked door, scratched tail lights, and a sloppy paint job that started chipping just a few weeks after they painted it. They did take the car back, but again kept it longer than they estimated. They fixed the door for the most part and repainted the areas that had chipped, but there are obvious tape lines and the finish has an orange-peel texture.

Now that I have a small job, covered by insurance, I came to them for an estimate, and was told that they only do that "by appointment", which means that you must get the insurance company to contact them first. Once I had done that, the manager, Alex, contacted me to advise that I had made his employee "uncomfortable" (I said nothing insulting or harmful) and that he would not do the job. The truth is that a small job does not give them the profit they desire. This is a business I cannot recommend to anyone.
