They take good care of you but the appointments are so hard to get and they work only 4 days a week. Usually, they'd schedule the next two appointments in advance and for any reason if you have to reschedule, it is impossible to get in. They are minimally staffed and their hygienists run the show. The doctor is mostly not there or if he is, he doesn't come in to check on you, They have managed so far because of established patients who are maybe reluctant to change and that's why I stayed with them so long.

She has been there for a long time and is really great and getting to know you and greet you by name. Today I had a cleaning by Sabrina. She was fantastic! I do have some receding gums in certain spots thanks to my old piercings. Other hygienist have been soft and careful around those spots but I could still feel some pain but it was bearable.
