I had a very hard-to-reach wisdom tooth, and they were able to remove it efficiently and with great care. This was my second time being treated here, and both visits have been consistently professional, friendly, and reassuring. I truly felt well cared for from start to finish. I highly recommend this office and would definitely return if I ever need additional work done.

I'm still pretty traumatized and it took me nearly 7 years later to get my other 3 out. My right side actually caused my migraines and would numb the side of my face. It wasn't until July I felt like the pain would not subside with medication and remedies and it went on for so long it interfered a lot of daily life. Turns out my impacted tooth had its root going into my nerve. Which also connected to the top, also causing me some neck pain as well. My dentist referred me here. I had a consultation first with Dr. Patel. Explained to him any concerns and he kindly briefed me on how the extraction would be and kept me at ease! I should have gone here sooner! Couple weeks later is my surgery. I did opt to be put to sleep. I was anxious but Dr. Patel and the team did such a great job. I just remember try to fight my sleep, then later on waking up 10 min later! (In reality it took like 30-40 min I even looked at the clock lol.) I didn't really need my pain meds but I took them in case I'd feel the aftermath of the anesthesia wear off. Worst part it just not being able to eat all the foods I liked for a while. After about a month, my sites were closing up. I still feel a bit of emptiness but that's normal till everything gets fully healed! My jaw didn't really hurt and I never even swelled or bruised! Can barely tell I had my procedure done! Anyways, s/o Dr. Patel and team again for taking care of me. I'd really really recommend coming here. You'll be in good hands!! I did a google search for places in the East Bay. This place came up; however, I am a little confused by the different websites out there. I think it is all this same location but they might have 2 different websites. It is hard to tell which one is the newer or older one or why they didn't get rid of one of them to minimize confusion. I called one of the phone numbers listed on the website. Someone answers quickly and I inquire about consultation/pricing. I asked a few questions and the person on the phone told me they'll have me speak to the doctor. Before I knew it, they directly transferred me to the dentist and he offered to do a free consultation the same day. At first, I think he said he could do a virtual consult. Since I knew the situation was very complex and would benefit from in-person appointment, I asked if we could come in-person which was fine. They were available that day in the afternoon and off to Fremont we go! The appointment lasted significantly longer due to the complexity of the issue, there was a lot of discussion and consults and questions about everything. At the end of the day, no further information was given aside to come back again when things heal. So basically, the free consult felt wasted since I wasn't able to gather what the practice could or could not do. When we asked about coming back, there was a fee of $250 for another consult. I was a little frustrated and upset about that because if we knew we had to return for a second consult, then I would have waited for the first consult to do it a lot later. Like I said, the whole situation was complex and required someone specialized. I imagine this office is specialized in implants/allOnX, but they also felt a little disorganized based on the length of the appointment. I am sure they were being as thorough but it felt like it was pulled many different directions. And I was also upset to find out the 2nd consult was not free even though the first consult didn't provide me anything (no treatment plan, no costs, nothing) and the first consult told us to come back. So this review is only my experience with the initial first impression/consult. I have no comment about their actual dental procedures/implants, they seem to be fairly competent but I did not have the opportunity to experience it.

Unfortunately, that communication did not happen in my case.
