Well, well, we celebrated a friend's birthday and this was their first time eating here. We were not disappointed at all. I think that the Saturday brunch is actually better than the dinner my wife had before! If you have never eaten here, I strongly recommend that you choose the"Full service"; you have access to their awesome salad bar ( it has both hot and cold selections). The cold selection stays relatively the same but, the hot selection changes. They have the best service hands down! You have to make sure that you remember to flip the peg to red when you've had enough meat for the moment or you will be overwhelmed with carvers. read more

Had a great Valentines Day dinner with my girl. We had a couple hiccups dealing with my reservation I made for outdoor seating by the water, but one of the managers, Bruno, ended up finally getting us seated where I had requested/reserved. In the meantime, we waited at the bar and had a couple of delicious Brazilian drinks. Once seated at our table, we enjoyed a grand dinner with many Brazilian and South American dishes from the buffet, as well as all the meats delivered to our tables by the gauchos. The best meats were the Parmesan and peppered steaks. But during the months of January and February, they also serve a roasted cayenne pineapple that is served the same way as the meats. OMG!!! It was delicious!! Overall, we had an awesome dinner, the service from all the staff, especially our waitress, Thayan, was excellent and we enjoyed the view and music from the live band playing about 50 yards away. read more

Friendly and congenial staff. I would recommend calling for reservations. Very meat centric but also a fabulous salad bar. There is no menu. You simply order either just the salad bar or salad bar and a rotation of meats. The staff will come to your table and carve the meats to your liking. There is grilled beef, sausages, chicken, pork and sometimes salmon. All grilled Brazilian style. Very tasty and all you can eat. My friend suggested this was the best meal he has had in Fort Myers. We arrived 10 minutes after they opened and were quickly seated. But as we left, the line was out the door! read more

My girlfriend is from Brazil, Joao passoa and she says this is very close to what they have in Brazil. Today the food was a bit overcooked, leaving the food a little less tasty than usual. If you do go here make sure to order a ciapirinaha and the brigadeiro cake! Excellent stuff! read more

Definitely come on an empty stomach and ready to eat! This place is great for big groups, we have visited many times normally with about 6-9 people and they have been very accommodating. It's honestly a great experience overall and the food is killer. The dessert is especially amazing. If you are craving some high quality meats this is definitely the place to go. read more

Had a party of five. Great experience! Can't wait to go again. Need to pace myself better next time. The hot sauce at the salad bar is killer and the chimichurri was great for the garlic beef, which was my favorite meat. We even tried the chicken hearts. The ceviche was wonderful too. read more

Great place to celebrate your birthday . Doug was awesome and the service was excellent. The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The staff stopped by to check on us several times. We'll be back. read more

Great place. I prefer the more rare cuts, so it was perfect for me. If you want a little more well done, that was more of a challenge. That being said, it was a Monday night and not overly busy, so the cuts tend a little more to the rarer side. The salad bar was very well stocked and had lots of options. The sides are tremendous, but don't fill up, you'll be sorry later. Don't miss trying their signature drink. It was great. read more

We've been to a number of Brazilian Steakhouses. This one ranks in the top couple while not being near the most expensive. The Gauchos came around frequently and often asked if there was something particular they could send over. They had the biggest selection of meats of all of the Brazilians I've been to. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

We were a table of 8 crammed in a small space so everyone had to get up for one person. The meats were mostly overcooked which sucks for red meat. You do much better getting the cut cooked the way you want at a steakhouse read more

Had an early supper today and I must say I throughly enjoyed my visit. I was quickly seated and my server, Nick, was very polite, attentive and informative. Other staff asked if I was in need of anything. The manager was friendly and engaged with all the customers. The gauchos came regularly to deliver the variety of delicious grilled meats. The customer service was excellent. The salad bar offered a huge selection of fresh veggies and salads and the hot food area had lots of hot Brazilian dishes. Everything was delicious but the star of the dining experience is truly the various grilled meats. I also loved the yummy grilled pineapple. I will definitely return to enjoy this wonderful restaurant. read more

Came to dine with my friends and definitely coming back! We sat in the patio, facing the lake and watched the sunset, we had a great time! Owen was awesome, he explained everything very well and had great recommendations. Celebrated Mother's Day there with Mom. Meal was fantastic. Wide variety of meats & food at salad bar & desserts. Only thing that was disappointing was the Mothers Day sign board stating that on Mothers Day they were having an expanded menu ( which they did) and that all Mothers would receive a special gift. Server didn't know of any "special gift" and said maybe it was the BOGO card. In with our bill was a BOGO card for a future visit (expires in 3 months) at this location only. Would be ok, except for we live 1.5 hours away and won't be back before it expires. Guess I was expecting maybe a rose or carnation for Moms. Not a coupon! read more

My family and I came here on a Tuesday night. The restaurant was pretty quiet. The service was excellent. The second you turn over the little block to signal you're ready for meats, the servers keep it coming! My favorite meat was the pincanha, which I think is the top sirloin. You have to try the grilled pineapple! It's the perfect thing to cleanse the palate in between all of the meat. It also pairs great with the ham. They also have salmon as well. The salad bar has a decent selection of meat and cheeses. Also a handful of different types of salad. My favorites were some kind of mango cabbage slaw and the kale salad. There's also beans, white rice, mashed potatoes, hot noodle dishes, soup, quail eggs, and more! There's definitely something for everyone. We all ate so much there wasn't any room for dessert. Next time though, I'll have to same some room for the cheesecake. For the price ($35 for full rodizio), it's a great deal! I've had better Brazilian steakhouses, but the others do come with a higher price tag. I would definitely recommend if you're hungry! read more

I have never had Brazilian food before and this turned out to be one of the coolest dining experiences I've ever had. At first, the server comes to your table and tells you there are two ways to dine. 1 you can get salad bar and access to all the meats. 2 you can just have the salad bar. My cousin and I chose the first option with salad bar and the meats. So when I say "access to all the meats" I mean there are these men that come around with long metal rods loaded with meat...it was jaw dropping! (I will get back to this) So we go to the salad bar first, it was very impressive with lots of fresh food. Like I have said in many reviews before, I don't do dairy so other than fresh salad veggies and some dressing there wasn't anything else I could get actually. Even though I was limited in the salad bar department I still filled my plate up with a lot of greens and veggies which made for a great base for the meats I was going to get. Another really cool part about this place was this little red and green block they had at each table. What you do is turn it so the green side is facing up and that tells the men with the meat ready to carve that you are ready. Turn it so the red part is facing up and that tells them you need a break and not to come to your table. Tip it on its side and that tells your server you are ready for dessert/check. They brought some fantastic meats to our table. They had marinated grilled steak, grilled chicken, sausage, glazed ham, and lastly grilled pineapple. I had bites of each of these, my favorites were the pineapple and the steak. They were perfectly cooked and tasted incredible. Whenever I am back down in the Florida area I will absolutely be going back to this place, I was in awe of their style and their food was outstanding! :) read more

We arrived at 500pm on a Saturday evening for an early celebrate my daughter's 19th birthday with a last minute dinner decision with a party of seven no reservations. We were warmly greeted. We did call ahead and they did have a table for us! The restaurant was mostly empty at 5:00pm. Food -4.5 stars. Great rodizio cold and hot. Meat selection was good and flavors were good, but not exceptional. If it your first Brazilian restaurant you will love it but it can be bit better with seasoning. The feijoada and stroganoff were bland. Meats needed more seasoning but were cooked perfectly! They gauchos did a wonderful job serving and presenting each meat/fish/pork in Portuguese, many as a second language! This really adds to the experience! Service - 3.0 Very nice greeting and table service, excellent gauchos. However, we had multiple servers which was confusing and they were at times unavailable. The servers rarely returned for another round of drinks or enough refills, or to take dirty plates. We had a pile of plates on the table- the manager visited, asking about our food, and did not offer to clear or send anyone back to clean. This is completely unacceptable. As a Brazilian family, we are used to a much higher standard of table service. Dirty plates in front of you - when spending $xxx not ok. The restaurant was too too hot!! However, the servers were otherwise lovely, helpful, and knowledgeable. Atmosphere 4.5 The restaurant is lovely and inviting with art, decor, and lighting - so nice. We celebrated my daughters 19th birthday. The servers sang in Portuguese with our dessert. This was kind and enjoyable. The price is very good for the overall experience and in comparison to other Brazilian restaurant we have enjoyed over the years. Overall we certainly recommend but I hope Rodizio can make small improvements before we visit next time. read more

Last night I went in for my second time in two months and my experience was even better than the first. I came in late on a Monday and the staff were incredibly accommodating and polite. The bartender assisted me with putting on the basketball game that I wanted to watch. And the rest of the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. I sat next to the water outside, ate meat and watched NCAA tourney ball. It was divine. They ran out of pork rib, but other than that the food was better than the first time! read more

Went to Rodizio's last night for dinner, I read the reviews before I went and almost didn't go, boy am I glad I went ! Those reviews were written by a competitor or someone who had just had a bad view of life! I found everything to be a FIVE STAR! From the cleanliness, the presentation, to the servers, to the food, I want to personally thank Doug, Bruno, Maryanna , for making our groups experience wonderful! We definitely will return and advise you to go see for yourself ! Bottom line , it is pricy, but, you get what you pay for! If you want to feel SPECIAL it's worth the Experience. read more

Was there for dinner last Easter. Meal was fair, at best. Went this past Sunday (Easter). And it ranks as the worst place I have ever eaten. Poor service, under/over cooked food. Messy salad bar and all that for at an absurd price. Chicken was rubbery, beef was under cooked and fatty. The manager did come to our table, but turned a cold shoulder to us. Won't see us again. This place does the job for an area that doesn't have Texas De Brazil. They have some different seasoned meats than most places that are pretty good. The salad bar under normal circumstance would be outstanding, that's before seeing Texas or Fogo's salad bar which is amazing. Like said earlier, an area that doesn't have two of the best, this place gets by and is quite good. I've become very spoiled so my rating here might be critical to some but I'm comparing it to the two other big ones that are in this restaurant space. read more

Rodizio was great. It is very similar to Texas de Brazil (for anyone who has been there). I will say I like Texas de Brazil better but this is also $38 Vs $50 (the cost for Texas). They have two options you can do salads and sides for $28 or the entire menu for $38. They have great drinks and dessert which are separate. I thought everything was delicious especially the Parmesan steak and pot roast. For those of you who have never been, after you go up to the salad and side bar they walk around with meat on a stick. You have the option to get a piece of meat off that stick or pass. All the meats are great quality and really do fall off the bone. Their service is also spectacular.
