The home was an estate sale so it was items their parent had had inside that they hadn't removed in the five months since the house was listed. It was decent stuff, hutch, daybed, sewing cabinet, tools and various other items. But nothing I wanted and in the way where I was potentially going to put unloaded items. My realtor contacted the listing agent around 10:00 a.m. who reached out to 1-800-Got-Junk who said they would be there between noon and 2:00. Wonderful, I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround but grateful for it! Tariq and Jay arrived about 1:15. Got off the truck, introduced themselves and asked "who's paying?" I replied "not me! The listing agent...who I was told was to be here" Them "that makes sense, we said we were on our way and they replied they were 20 minutes away...and...you're here" We told them everything in the garage was to go, locked the house and left for lunch.
