I found several that were significantly cheaper, would allow you to do month to month and STILL lock in pricing for a year. Beware of taking time energy and money to store your belongings in a storage facility that has zero regard for retaining its customers.

Something very shady went on there's a lot of little things missing and I am going to pursue all the complaints that are applicable they are insured when I called their claims department they told me I didn't file in 60 days these bastards knew I was going out of state to Washington so they got me because if you don't file the claim in 60 days you're out of luck. I am alleging negligence theft and Corruption. I have proof of everything I'm alleging 100 Witnesses of my belongings pictures pictures of the antique bed and the lamp and my outdoor things that are missing this was a scam to me personally those two men need to be fired.. there is a paper trail of airline tickets storage receipts Witnesses etc etc

Tried to access my unit on April 26, 2025 and couldn't get into the building. Also there was no one in the office. This was approximately at 1:30pm CST. Called the main number and finally was able to speak to a live person (customer service). They informed me that the location had lost power. However as I mentioned no one was in the office (which can be accessed via key (no electricity required)), therefore I was unable to get any real time updates on the situation and if it was currently being resolved. Was told by corporate that Tasha the site manager was off that day and Valerie was supposed to be there from 1p to 5p that day.... Um Valerie where are you? Unfortunately I had a crew there to help me with my items but will have to reschedule with them. NOT COOL Public Storage! You need a notification system to inform your customers of power outages, fires and other emergencies. Additionally, I was told by Kevin at corporate office that they do NOT refund any money for any days you cannot access your unit due to no fault of your own. Going to take my business elsewhere!
