I recently had a new washer installed by The Home Depot and they noticed that there might be a clog or drainage issue where the washer hose connects with the house drain pipe--although they weren't 100% sure. Jeff is a lifesaver! Or at least a marriage saver. I put off having our drains snaked because I was hoping the clog we had would just clear itself. Sure, like that happens. Needless to say, my wife was not real happy with how I handled it. Finally, when the clog got worse early on a Saturday morning, I called a highly advertised national plumbing contractor whose technicians are supposed to smell like roses. After stringing me out all day long, they called me back about 5:00 pm and said they wouldn't be able to get to it until late the next day, maybe. For good reason, my wife was not smiling or happy with me when I told her. That's when I finally called Jeff at Rocky Rooter. I don't know why I forgot to call him in the first place.
