I have used Rocky Rooter several times in the 7 years I have lived in Irvine, and the service has always been fantastic. Jeff answers his own phones and always works to come to my aid quickly, almost always within the same day. His work is fast and professional, and he always cleans up after completing the project. I requested a few quotes for a new ball valve for my house's water shut off and a new water pressure regulator. Received several quotes with a wide range. I tried to schedule an appoint with another plumber that had 5 stars, but only 36 reviews at the time and they were just rude on the phone. Rocky Rooter was not the cheapest, but they had the best communication through email and text and after a few pictures of my problem they gave me an honest range of the possible cost. I scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule the next day. Jeff came on time, checked my pressure regulator to see if it was working correctly (it wasn't, but I was told this before), and then started working. He finished the job, cleaned up the space, and then charged me the lowest amount on the given range of cost. I can do basic plumbing, but there was no way I could have done what Jeff did. On Saturday afternoon we were hit with a blockage in our main sewage line and lost use of our toilets, showers, sinks, washing machine... all of it. I snaked the clean out down the mainline with a 50ft auger but couldn't reach the blockage. I called a plumber I used a couple years before but they were too busy. I went to Yelp and began calling the plumbers with good ratings who were closest to me but none of them could come out for a day or two and the prices they were quoting me if they could come out right then were over the top with the emergency call fees they added. I kept moving thru Yelp and came to Rocky Rooter with good reviews and nearby and gave them a call. They gave me a good quote with no emergency fee. Jeff was at my home within an hour and snaked the mainline down to where it couples with the city main in the street where the blockage was. Turns out roots were growing into the pipe right at that coupling. So blockage cleared... toilets and showers working... everyone happy. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Jeff. He came out to the house on one hour's notice on a Saturday evening, cleared the drain and charged an extremely reasonable fee with no emergency or after hours fee the other plumbers quoted me. C&C plumbing quoted me well over $400 bucks... just to snake a drain! Jeff did it for a fraction of that. In fact of everyone I called Jeff was the best quote. On top of that it was a pleasure talking and working with him. He is an extremely affable and down to earth guy. Jeff is my new go to plumber.
