She really needs her glasses to function, and no, she does not have an extra pair with her. It is late in the day on a Saturday. There is no way we can find an Optical shop open here today, and we are heading into remote areas of Washington tomorrow. We are away from home, and I am without tools, supplies, or even an appropriate work surface. No worries though, because I remembered seeing an Ace Hardware store as we drove in. Suddenly, I feel like MacGyver, or Mark Watney...under pressure, but ready to put together a solution to save the day. I was able to buy Gorilla Glue, some copper wire, some hobby clips, and wire cutters from Nelson's Ace Hardware. I got a couple of paper clips from the Hotel front desk, a lens cleaning cloth from my camera bag, and some loose paper from a folder that happened to be in the car. To quote Hannibal Smith, "I love it when a plan comes together". And Nelson's Ace Hardware did their part today! Thanks Helpful Folks!

Not only do they cater to all you animal needs, food, containers, bowls, cages, heat lamps etc etc etc and I mean there's a huge selection of every animal feed imaginable. Chickens are our main reason we go here, not only for chicks but for everything they'll need EVER!! They also have a nice tool department with many name brand tools. There is a wonderful clothing and footwear department that sells many name brands that really appeal to the masses. Hunting apparel, jeans, coats, shirts and accessories. There is usually a really good selection on their clearance rack that I've found amazing deals for bothering me and my husband. But our favorite department is the gun department. They are helpful, knowledgeable and eager to show you anything that you might want to touch. We've been known to go in for chicken food and leave with a gun or two!! Ammo is always stocked and they carry many accessories too. Along with a huge selection of safes. Watch for their sales because they have some pretty awesome deals. But most of all after a big shopping haul right at the check out is a vast array of candy and snacks!! Also hard to resist!! One thing about Murdoch's is their customer service is awesome, always someone takes out our coop shavings and food and insists on loading it all up for us. Regardless of heat, rain or snow.

I am reviewing the billing department where you have to pay your account. We get a bill via mail…read moreand it's paid as soon as we get it each month. We have spent thought at the Polson store. They recently went to a new billing system. They have not got it figured out yet. We paid with a check in the mail Feb 28 for a bill Jan 26-feb 25. The next bill we get showed outstanding balance from that period and current bill for feb26-mar 25. I called to see what happened and was told it's the post office that is a.ontj behind. I give her the check number and the date it was sent. She told me I could.oay online...well if I had known that but nowhere in their billing does it say that. She told me where to go in the website to find it. So I paid the current bill. So we go in April 15 and want to get some wood and were told that we have an outstanding balance so we can't charge anything. WTF? She said that like 10 other people have had the same issue. Now I think it's the billing department that is F'd up. So I call April 16 in the morning and again am told it's the post office , they are behind. I call BS, it's their new system that they haven't figured out. I guess we will drive a little further and go to Home Depot or Lowe's. I told them I am putting a stop payment on the check and waiting several weeks to make sure they don't "find" it and cash it. This better not show up on my credit report . Get your s$#t together people. Quit blaming your issues on the post office , really 6 weeks for the post office , own up to your issues and causing issues for customers..and they charged a finance charge for the F$#k up. Really we have spent thousands always paid immediately when we got the bill. You changed over your billing system and lots of checks missing and you charge us a finance charge after we called several times and you kept saying it's the post office??? So wrong

I've gone here for 3 separate jobs in the last 7 years--two homes I've remodeled and one massive…read morecommercial building. We had a fairly good experience my first two times. The prices have been good. But this last time, the customer service was so terrible. I hired help to come with a truck and trailer to load up my carpet and drove 40 minutes to get here. We arrived half an hour before their closing, but they refused to give us our product because they would have to stay late. So I had to return empty handed and pay the same truck and trailer to come back the following day. They refused to make the cuts that my carpet installer needed and made us make our own cuts. When we did so, we found that they didn't sell us the amount of carpet we paid for. The workers on the floor admitted the mistake but said it was the fault of the front desk lady (who was not present the second day), and because the carpet was cut, it was our responsibility. I have more flooring to purchase, but I'm done with these guys. Not helpful at all.
