He would not give me a refund but instead wanting to exchange it for floor (Steve Melby and Bill agreed to work something out). Bill now wants me to pay for the flooring. Ted and his crew did an excellent job on my stairs and floors. While our place was rented out we…read morewere devastated to see that someone walked all over our stairs and floors with spiked boots and punctured literally thousands of deep holes into the wood. Since the floors are hand made circle sawn and distressed with weed burner/etc, it was impossible to just sand out the damages and the holes were too deep anyway. Other companies I had up to look at it said there was nothing you could do to fix it and just 'learn to live with it'. Instead, Ted had great ideas and a very positive attitude and they fit us into their busy schedule the following week. They moved furniture in and out, and everything came out great, I highly recomend them.
