Since the floors are hand made circle sawn and distressed with weed burner/etc, it was impossible to just sand out the damages and the holes were too deep anyway. Other companies I had up to look at it said there was nothing you could do to fix it and just 'learn to live with it'. Instead, Ted had great ideas and a very positive attitude and they fit us into their busy schedule the following week. Contacted Bryan to repair. I wasn't upset at time as mistakes happen and I just expected him to fix the error. Didn't need new carpet.. just stretch and repair the poor install. Bryan would do it but only at our expense. Carpet is so poorly installed that a second opinion is $1200 to stretch carpet and we as homeowners are responsible for removing all furniture from home. I would have rated zero but option wasn't available.
