The level of skill and professionalism of each instructor is proven by the amazing talent and abilities of the dancers they are training. I have been religious about attending and have made lots of new friends. I can definitely tell a difference in the way I feel. I also had a great follow up with my physician and I believe it is mostly due to my Jazzercising! I mainly attend the 9:30 a.m. classes however on Tuesday and Thursday they do have a 5:30 a.m. class I attend. I like the earlier because of the ability to get my day started faster and it also helps if I have appointments. I enjoy the instructors and the non-judgement of all participants! She was extremely rude and hateful, even grabbed my daughter and then started to hold her down when she tried to get away from her. When I asked the teacher to stop and told her she is scaring her, her response was "well she can either come participate or go sit with you!!" Considering she just turned 2, I thought this was very inappropriate and unprofessional. When I called to ask for a new class with a different teacher, I was told that the policy was to be "hands on" if a child isn't listening. She's TWO!! Doesn't exactly understand things and it was her FIRST class to try! Luckily I got a refund but would advise anyone with a young child to stay away from this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.
